Every detail has been meticulously curated to ensure a restful night's sleep. Additionally, you may pass through the hidden door to access the speakeasy. A place where grownups can unwind and enjoy some well deserved fun. The lounge is fully equipped with a mini fridge, Texas Hold’em, and barware essentials.

DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM - King Bed
The second bedroom is all about comfort and accessibility. Featuring a cozy king-size bed with plush pillows and luxury linens. With access to a full bathroom with a handy grab bar, it's a dreamy retreat for the grandparents in your crew.

DOUBLE QUEEN BEDROOM - Two Queen Beds
The third bedroom offers a luxurious expansive space with two queen-size beds blanketed in moody lighting, setting the perfect ambiance for unwinding after a day filled with excitement. Amidst the shadows, find solace and relaxation. Additionally, a dedicated workspace awaits, offering a secluded haven for moments of focused productivity amidst the captivating atmosphere.

DINOSAUR ROOM - Two Twin Bunks, Four Beds
The fourth bedroom is an ideal space for kids or young adults, featuring two sturdy bunk beds that comfortably accommodate four. Packed with entertainment, this room promises hours of enjoyment with a foosball table, arcade games, and a variety of toys and books suitable for all ages.

SAFARI ROOM - Full Bed, Twin Trundle
The fifth bedroom showcases a full-size bed with a twin trundle, ideal for the young ladies in your group who adore slumber parties. Complete with a vanity adorned with Hollywood-style lights, this room beckons girls to indulge in hours of playful dress-up and hairstyling fun.

BATHROOMS: Every bathroom is equipped with an abundance of plush towels and essential amenities. We've also installed plenty of towel hooks to accommodate all guests' items.

There's a full bathroom downstairs in the hall, another at the top of the stairs, and a third en suite bathroom off the upstairs master.

KITCHEN: The cook in your party will be delighted to find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to make memorable meals during your stay. You'll find baking sheets, pots and pans, cutting boards, a crockpot, waffle maker, blender, and many other essentials. The refrigerator offers plenty of space along with a Brita water filter and a pull-out freezer. For quick cooking, there's an oven, toaster, microwave, and air fryer. Enjoy the convenience and versatility of this well-equipped kitchen, perfect for creating delicious dishes while on vacation.

To make mealtime enjoyable and worry-free for all our guests, we've included plastic dinnerware, silverware, and cups specifically for our young eaters. For added convenience, you'll also find baby spoons, sticky-bottom plates, and lidded cups, ensuring parents can relax and savor their meals without any fuss.

Just off the kitchen is our quaint and sunny coffee and tea room, perfect for that early morning indulgence that wakes the soul. You'll find a coffee maker, hot water kettle, filters, and coffee grounds that our guests are welcome to enjoy. This cozy space is ideal for starting your day with a fresh cup of coffee or a soothing tea.

LIVING ROOMS: Our home boasts two living rooms, one in the front and another down the hall. Both rooms are furnished with luxurious large L-shaped couches and additional side seating. This setup allows grown-ups to enjoy a movie in one room while the younger ones watch something else in the other. Each living room features a large Roku TV that can be used to sign into any streaming services.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Upon walking up the front porch, you'll find inviting seating options including a bench, porch swing, and rocking chair. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a private patio with plenty of seating for lounging or a swing chair perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a good book. At the back of the house, you'll discover a partial wrap-around porch featuring a sectional sofa, an egg chair, and a comfortable dining space for ten. A four-burner grill is available, ideal for summer barbecues.

Beyond the deck, there's a brand-new hot tub with seating for eight, surrounded by nearby chairs for conversation. Both adults and kids will enjoy hours of fun with our yard games, including cornhole, tetherball, connect four, Jenga, and ladder ball. Children can also play on our three-tier treehouse, which is equipped with two slides, a climbing wall, and a swingset.

As you continue through the yard, you'll find our expansive firepit with ample seating for cozy nights under the stars, perfect for roasting s’mores. Each porch is equipped with a fan to help alleviate the Texas heat and keep away flying nuisances.
