Magnifique condo au 4ème étage, chambre avec lits superposés, service de plage, idéal pour les familles!

Cette belle salle de bain 2 chambres 2 plus chambre superposée supplémentaire est située au 4ème étage!

Le Celadon Beach Resort est situé à l'extrémité ouest de la plage de Panama City. (À seulement trois kilomètres de Pier Park)

Dispose d'une chambre King dans la chambre principale avec une vue spectaculaire sur la côte du golfe. La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux et des lits superposés dans la chambre avec lits superposés (un lit double et un lit normal). Les améliorations installées en février 2019 ne sont pas encore montrées en images: nouveau revêtement de sol en vinyle dans les 2 chambres et lits superposés, nouvelle vanité dans la salle de bain du hall et nouvel éclairage dans les deux salles de bain. Chambre avec lits superposés configurée avec Roku TV qui offre une variété d'options de visualisation.

Il y a un bar pour le petit déjeuner, une salle à manger, une buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur, deux salles de bain complètes, une cuisine entièrement équipée. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin: micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, robot culinaire, etc.

Deux piscines - un côté de la plage avec bains à remous; Un intérieur / extérieur chauffé.

Great Condo For Family Vacation

The property was very clean and well equipped. The property manager was great, he checked in on us several times. Would go back to this condo again.

The host Al was very nice and attentive to everything throughout the entire time. We were allowed to check in early which was a huge plus. Elevators were so slow most of the time. Apparently the people before us had some problems because we had maintenance show up to fix a few problems. We had just been talking about the master bedroom door wouldn’t close all the way nor lock. We were ok with it but we did notice it because the metal plate the door locks into was loose missing a screw and it grabbed at you when you walked past it. It was fixed perfectly and the running toilet in the other room was fixed. We were not comfy on the mattresses at all. Those could be updated but we understand furnishing condos for the public and people that will damage things but sometimes it’s a must to keep people staying comfortable for the week they are there. My husband purchased an eggshell mattress topper and I slept the 3rd night finally. The condo had everything that was needed to call it home for a week. Maybe keep a vacuum in the unit that can be used to keep sand up off the floor. So this next part has nothing to do with the host. He was great to rent from and I’d rent from him again. The problem was with the cleaning people or whoever changed sheets and all, but my daughter had sand in her bed which was the bunk bed room on the bottom. She had sand in the “newly made” bed she’d not been in yet so those were not changed and that’s not on the host.

The feedback for the guest is appreciated and we always follow-up on them, some comments 1) The maintenance items about the door and running toilet were fixed the day after arrival 2) There have been some software issues with elevators, some storms related, guest feedback says the last several weeks have been much better 3) Mattresses: sorry guest had a concern, they are not old and I get more guest comments about them being comfortable than I do complaints, will look closely at this at end of August 4) Talked with cleaning and they assure me they always change so don't know what to think on this one Overall I appreciate the guests stay and feedback Al

Everything was wonderful! Al was a pleasure to work with, and David was “Johnny on the spot.” No complaints whatsoever! The proximity to the beach was top notch! Beds were awesome. Very comfortable. Loved our vacation! Would stay here again.

Great 4th Floor condo with Amazing Views

Awesome week in this unit. Al was a great host. Check in was super easy with code. Sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Great condo, super clean with 2 full baths. Beach chair service was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Great pool, location

Great location, amazing pool (across the street),, the one on the same side of the condo was extremely cold but felt good after being in the sun all day. The condo was fairly clean, let the owner know he should check in on the cleaners because I felt like some things were overlooked and he assured he would. Overall decent place to stay in PCB!

Great Vacay

The property was as described, clean and accommodating. We didn't cook alot but had all the pots and pans if we decidied too. Al was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach service was great that came with the condo also. This is our 3rd time staying at the Celadon. We love the west end so laid back and quite.

Great girls trip.

Great view. Enjoyed everything and it was so comfy. Clean and well stocked except toilet paper. Janitorial service were very good at keeping it all clean and smelling good. I give the cleaning staff a 5 star. They work their butts off. All the staff were so friendly and curtious. I’d reccomend this place to everyone who wants a good time and clean

Family Vacay 2020

Had a great time at the Celadon. Wanted to stay away from the over populated areas d/t Coronavirus and returning to work on my return. This was perfect! The last High rise condo on the strip yet still close enough to everything. Rental was spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. The free beach chairs were an added bonus! Al was just a text away if we needed anything. Hope to return again soon!

Enjoyed our Spring Break stay!

Celadon condo 402 was a great place to stay for our family! The unit was well-maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. It had a fully stocked kitchen where we had everything we needed to eat in most meals of our stay-from a blender to a crock pot. There are beautiful ocean and sunset views from the balcony on the 4th floor which has two entrances-one from the living room and one from the master bedroom. The balcony has comfortable chairs to sit in and a tote with beach toys for ocean fun. The two beach lounge chairs and umbrella set up for the week added value to the stay!! We enjoyed the tennis court, pools, and hot tubs. The grills were handy, but you do need to provide your own charcoal from our experience. We would recommend this unit, and resort, and felt it was a very family-friendly location! Memories made, with lots of sunshine and smiles!!
