Located in the Emiliano Zapata neighborhood of Punta de Mita, this special home is within walking distance to many different restaurants, shops, markets, and most importantly- the beach! The beach is short walk and 3 surf spots are also within walking distance ( Stinkies, Anclote, and La Lancha).

Enjoy the private courtyard with a dipping pool, outdoor shower, bathroom and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped if you chose to eat-in. Housekeeping is included with this rental.

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself was clean, and as nice, if not nicer than the pictures! Roxana was prompt with her communication with us, and got back to us within the hour whenever we had a question. The plunge pool was great to hop into after a day at the beach. The location was excellent, and within 5 minute walk of the beach and the main strip. Lots of excellent restauraunts, cafes, churros within a 5-10 minute walk (some within minutes!)

This is a darling house and in a great location. The plunge pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We loved having fans in all the rooms so we could leave the doors wide open instead of having the AC on. I would definitely like to return.

We loved our stay

Being in a town helped us unplugged from the tourist busyness. We were able to get on an off highway which is close by to go visit other places. The laundry mat is also down the street, within walking distance. A store to buy drinks and snacks. We loved it

Gorgeous home, the pool made it perfect

We had a wonderful stay here at the punta mita beach house. Everything was beautifully styled and spotlessly clean. There was excellent communication if any problems or questions came up. Roxy helped us find a ride to the airport, since in low season ride apps like uber aren't always reliable. The neighborhood has fantastic places to go out for coffee and meals, plus some little markets for groceries and veggies. It's not the polished touristy neighborhood of punta mita, it's more of a real area where folks are taking their kids to school and heading to work during the day. Stinky's beach is very close, and the wagon with beach chairs and an umbrella was much appreciated. The pool is warm enough to be comfortable but cool enough to be a relief on hot afternoons. The pool service man came one day to maintain it after a rain. All in all it was a great spot to escape but also get out to the beach for swimming and surfing every day. Next time I hope to get out to snorkel or scuba dive, we will definitely come back as long as this home is available.

Stunning townhouse, clean and spacious. 2 minutes walk to stinkys surf break. Lots of cute local restaurant around and market. the house is furnished with All the necessary for a week away. Pool stay nice and cool, perfect to refresh after a day at the beach. We highly recommend and we will come back!
