Beautifully Furnished, Newly Renovated Unit with Cook & Golfcart!

Casa Claudia A fantastic unit at Hacienda de Mita, located inside the gates of the Punta Mita Resort . This unit has wonderful beach views as well as views of the town and the mountains. The unit is a short walking distance (through a private secured gate) to the charming village of Punta de Mita, which is known for its excellent restaurants, local shopping and nightlife. The condo went through an extensive top to bottom remodel and upgrade and was fully completed at the end of November 2016 with an additional kitchen remodel in September 2018.

Casa Claudia is approximately 3,600 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The main master bedroom and the second master bedroom each have a custom-made California-King size beds with Tempur-pedic pillow tops, bedroom #3 has two queen size beds, and bedroom #4 has twin bunk beds made specifically for smaller children under 12 . Other features and amenities offered with this condo include the following:

* All new furniture and linens

* Gourmet kitchen with new granite counter tops, top-of-the-line Wolf and Sub-Zero stainless steel appliances

* All new small kitchen appliances, dishes, flatware, utensils, glassware and linens

*Three new Smart TV's (Netflix compatible) with cable and DVR's in main room and Queen Room

Easy booking, everything as listed! The concierge team during booking and on the ground was excellent - helpful and very quick to respond. Our love to the housekeeper/chef who cared for us and prepared delicious food, snacks, and special drinks on the daily.

Everything was perfect! The host was responsive, place was beautiful and clean. Maricella was excellent. She cooked us the most delicious food! We loved her! Juan Carlos the concierge took care of all of our needs! We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful and very well kept condo in a superb location. We spent a really nice family vacation here and will surely consider it again for future stays. A big plus is Marisela, she was really friendly and her cooking was delicious. Concierge services are also top level, always friendly and responsive to all our needs/requests.

Amazing Stay

Our family had an amazing experience staying at this property. The staff and owner all worked to make our stay wonderful and a true vacation in every sense of the word. This is our second stay within Hacienda de Mita and this property did not disappoint. We are already planning on booking this property again!

Quite a retreat

We loved our experience. The home is so lovely. We especially loved our chef Karina. She made delicious meals! We loved the golf cart and being able to access other beach clubs. Perfect family vacation!

Perfect Family Vacation

First class rental in every aspect. Beautiful lodging, spectacular service from concierge service to set up snorkeling and other activities. Access to all beach clubs and golf cart included. The cook made delicious breakfast every am. It felt line a five star hotel but better

This is the third time our family has stayed at this property and it never disappoints. The concierge company is amazing. They helped coordinate all of our activities from catamaran rentals, surfboard rentals, transportation, and dinner reservations - Always easy to get a hold of and happy to help. The owner of the property is also very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The unit is well maintained, very clean, and in the perfect location. Looking forward to our next visit.

Paradise!

We recently stayed at this quiet, private condominium and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Angelica, the housekeeper who also made us breakfast every day, was very sweet and an awesome cook! She even made us different salsas to snack on during the day. We explored the area using the owner's golf cart and visited a few of the beach clubs included with the condo. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us, and the condo was sparkling clean. We were met by the concierge who gave gave us the details on each beach club, including all mask and socially distancing requirements. We had an amazing time and will definitely stay here when we return to Punta Mita!

Great Condo within the Punta Mita Compound

Our stay at Punta Mita was fantastic, we were two couples with two kids each, and we enjoyed Mark’s condo thoroughly. It’s clean, spacious, nicely furnished and decorated, and in a great location. By staying here, we were able to go to various beach clubs and had a pool basically for ourselves in the building. The beach was a 3 min golf cart drive away - which the kids enjoyed probably more than the beach itself. The few inconvenience we ran into the team was swift to help resolve with them even going above and beyond when we faced a medical situation. I highly recommend this place, and don’t forget to take advantage of Karina’s delicious cooking for the included breakfasts and optional lunches. A nice bonus if traveling with children, the condo has a great selection of children’s books!

Highly recommend

We can not say enough great things about this place. Aldo, our concierge was so helpful from beginning to end. He organized having our groceries delivered, coordinated our surf board rentals, arranged our transportation and was always available to answer any of our questions. Karina prepared our breakfast and lunches. She is an amazing cook and it was such a luxury to have her there. The unit is impeccably clean and fresh. All furnishings, linens and beds are very comfortable. The grounds are beautifully kept and the several pools were always clean and very quiet. It was so nice to have access to the different beach clubs. We can not wait to come back!

Warm and Beautiful, Full of beach fun

We took our college daughter and three of her friends to this trip with another group of our family staying in a different condo. JJ our concierge was truly fantastic bringing in a nurse for my husband when needed and making reservations and scheduling drivers for the girls to go into Sayulita and down to Puerto Vallarta in the night time- staying there and waiting for the girls til they were done partying. Lol. Truly amazing to have that sort of text on demand service. Enjoyed dinner at many of the local restaurants which were all fantastic especially those that are just outside of the gated community as well. Particularly enjoyed in Sufi Beach Club and Kupuri beach clubs amenities- comfortable lounging beach chairs, constant waiter service, good bites to order if you didn’t want to leave the pool. Our housekeeper and cook was great too- she really took the time to hear our requests for more healthier lighter meals and was able to follow through with that. That was extremely helpful as I have various food sensitivities and when we’re on vacation I don’t want to get sick. The Condo was decorated beautifully and was comfortable for the 6 of us adults - plenty of space. Thanks for an amazing time!

Great location close to town with beautiful view

Hacienda de Mita condo close to town with all the benefits of beach club membership and access to Four Seasons / Golf was the perfect first way to experience this wonderful area of Mexico. We had a wonderful week surfing, riding golf carts, going to the many different beach clubs, and experiencing both what Punta Mita had to offer "inside the gates" and in town. The condo is beautifully appointed and more than comfortable. Your stay is complemented by an amazing concierge who will help set up just about anything you need.

Disappointing and irresponsible staff

I did not want to write an negative review. However, this is primarily for the current situation of the concierge staff who is operating at Hacienda De Mita. JJ, the concierge sent multiple emails to me - but to an incorrect email address, so I was scrambling to finish the paperwork. When we arrived we were told we would have daily maid service from 9 to 5 as well as breakfast. We were supposed to have one housekeeper/cook named Alicia. The first three days no one arrived and had i not sent texts at 10:00/10:30 no one would have. There appeared to be no communication between the concierge and the housekeeper, who was either sick or whose son was hospitalized (they told us both stories). We then had a revolving door of housekeepers until Alicia returned on the last two days. There was not enough food for the meals we ordered. Typically they charge $40-$60 to go shopping, so that was a bit confusing. Finally, upon my return, I immediately texted JJ and let him know I had left two dresses in the master closet. I knew they were left there because my mother had reminded me to pack them five minutes before we left the house. They mysteriously disappeared. This bothered me because when I inquired with JJ about going into the unit to retrieve my items he made an excuse that there were new tenants there. However each unit comes with daily maid service from 9 to 5. So that excuse was not valid as Alicia should have been in there cleaning. The electricity in the third bedroom did not work until we were able to finally get an electrician to come. My mother and sister had to use the light from the bathroom to have any light in their room. The safe was broken and the water in the second master did not work to fill up the tub. We stayed at HDM previously and loved the service, but this time was substandard and it’s clear that a lot was misrepresented to us.

Amazing vacation!

This was truly one of our best family vacations ever! Punta Mita is gorgeous and Hacienda de Mita was the perfect location given proximity to the local village and easy access to all other parts of this amazing property. There was so much to do, including golf tennis, pickleball, fishing, snorkeling, surfing, paddleboarding, biking and the list goes on! The food is amazing from local cuisine in the village to resort dining. HOWEVER, what made this trip truly AMAZING were the owners of this gorgeous condominium (the pictures are 100 percent accurate), JJ our concierge and Alicia who cooked the most amazing breakfasts ever! Before the trip I had a million last minute questions and Iliana, the owner was so incredibly helpful with advice and recommendations and ensured that we were well taken care of during our stay. Upon our arrival, JJ, our concierge took care of absolutely everything, including transportation to and from airport, meeting us with margaritas and the best guacamole ever, last minute changes to dinner reservations and all other activities. He gave me his cell phone number and always responded within minutes! And last but certainly not least and my teenage boys favorite was Ms. Alicia and her phenomenal breakfasts! My kids keep asking me to recreate but its impossible to compete with this lovely woman! We will be back for sure and would love to stay in this exact property again!

Amazing Stay!

I celebrated my birthday with friends and family in early November 2021. The unit was terrific - all as advertised. Iliana was communicative and in-touch during our stay to ensure there were no problems. Our concierge, JJ, made sure we had everything we needed.

Great family vacation

We had an amazing trip to Hacienda de Mita. Iliana, Pedro and Daniela were all amazing and very helpful as we planned our trip last minute. We really enjoyed the new Surf Beach Club and our favorite meal was the cooking class at Hectors. We can't wait to go back.
