The downstairs bedroom has a massively oversized couch that doubles as the second bed (equivalent in size to a Full mattress). The bedroom has a large closet where you can fit plenty of clothes and store you luggage. The en-suite bathroom has a full-sized tub/shower.

And to top this all off, literally, there's a custom wet bar area on the top level that opens out onto your own private and amazing rooftop deck. It has a built-in gas BBQ plus a Big Green Egg. There's even a huge 6 seat hot tub to relax/rejuvenate in while being able to see the city skyline.

We're looking for someone that knows how to respect an amazing home and is looking for an extended short stay (30 day MINIMUM up to the entire period that's available; specifically May 1st thru Oct 20th). NO smoking or parties. Sorry, although we love them, but no pets either.

Perfect for someone as a great home-base while you'll looking to re-locate to St Pete or simply wanting to explore any of the MANY vibrant areas of the city or adventure areas nearby (12+ beaches, numerous other great towns/cities within short drives, hundreds of parks, 20 minutes from the Tampa Airport, etc.).
