NO DAMAGE FROM HURRICANE Milton or Helene . Welcome to the gated community of Beachway luxury condominiums! Perfect tampa bay location, your location is close to everything- 1 mile to the beach.....walk across the street to tropical cafĂ©, McDonald’s, Starbucks, TJ Maxx, leukens liquors, Burlington, Ross and many many other stores. Drive a quarter-mile down the road and you are at Seminole city mall for even more shopping and dinning . The entire condominium is yours to use. Awesome open concept design with high ceilings and crown molding in every room make this home shine! Everything is new- all beds, linens, couches, tables, chairs, dishes, furnishings. Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size bed, living room has a sofa bed with queen pull out bed. The living room features a huge 65 inch smart tv and each bedroom has its own smart tv as well. Condo is fully stocked with all furnishings, linens, towels, Starbucks and Dunkin’ coffee, shampoo, body wash, creamer, plates silverware etc. Centrally located for a day on the town with easy access to St. Pete, Indian rocks, Indian shores, Clearwater, Largo, Johns pass and Madeira beach. In the mood to stay in for the night ? Turn on the electric fireplace to display or heat mode and enjoy the beautiful glow. Home boasts a huge walk in shower and large 10 foot kitchen peninsula with bar top perfect for entertaining.Pets allowed, maximum two pets each must be 25 pounds were under per association rules. Pet fee $100 per stay

Great place! Really enjoyed our stay. Great communication with the host! Everything was asexpected. Only problem we had was parking. Had to park quite a distance away the first night which was difficult due to my disability. Everything else was above what we expected! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you Sandy!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. It is easy to find and has all the amenities you could ask for. Sandra accommodated our needs and communicated throughout our stay to make sure we were doing well. Beds were comfortable and everything was recently updated and in style. Highly recommend staying here!

Greatest Family Vacation

We stayed 5 nights at this condo. Sandra is the best host! She provided a detailed list of items provided in the condo in advance. The condo was super clean and modern. The beds are super comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows, blankets. The complex has a huge pool and pickle ball court which we used each night. The location is perfect close to beaches, we visited St Pete’s, Clearwater, and Anna Maria Island. We will definitely be back to this place, it is perfect in every way!

Beautiful, clean and well stocked

This unit is modern, clean and had everything you could need, including beach umbrella, chairs, cooler and toys for children. It’s a short drive to the beach or a short walk to the pool. The host was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We really enjoyed staying in this unit.

Perfect family getaway location

It was in a great location close to beaches and restaurants and shops. There was a pool, gym and grill very close on the property to this condo. I also loved that beach towels, floaties, sand toys, cooler and beach chairs were provided as we went to the beach daily. Great stay. Would highly recommend.

One of the best stays my family has had. The cleanliness of the unit was stellar. We felt so at home with the kitchen, heated pool and pickleball court. Definitely coming back!

Great host and location!

Sandra was a great host! She was very available and quick with responses. The property was contemporary and very clean. She even left a welcome gift when we arrived! The beach and waterfront restaurants were about a 7 minute drive, so great location! The neighborhood was quiet and gate secured. As a family of 5 (with a Yorkie) the space was comfortable. We would definitely recommend this VRBO!

Best spot in Seminole

We LOVED this condo and the apartment. It truly felt like home while we were there. The Host thought of every product and amenity you would need so you truly just need to bring your bathing suit and tooth brush. The unit sheek and glam is a few seconds walk to the pool and grill area. Pool was so clean and didn’t have an over powering chemical smell and has lights at night. The gym was also well maintained and both pool and gym are open late which was so convenient. The condo is furnished with families in mind with lots of books and games. I also loved all the natural light the apt gets. The location is close to shopping and restaurants as well as within walking distance to a great walk and bike trail that takes you to a playground that my kids loved. Sandra was the BEST host and is even helping us mail back some items we forgot. She goes above and beyond!! Thank you for everything!

Seminole Condo

Everything except the TV was great. The TV was a problem understanding how to get channels. I would suggest the host prepare instructions to use the remote.
