Good location & steps away from the ocean view. Property has everything we needed & beds were comfortable. Only minor complain is you people walking or kids running from the upstairs property since this is a quadflex property which is understandable. Just keep that in mind when booking this property. Our host Arlene is very helpful & quick to response to any message we send her. We would recommend this place to anyone planning a getaway in Pacifica.

Pacifica in the winter was lovely: not overcrowded, beautiful scenery, easy to walk around. Arlene’s place was fantastic! A block away from the sea wall, 2 blocks from the pier, 1 block away from some great coffee at Crafstman. We really enjoyed our stay there!

In general, we were very pleased with the property.The only thing that overshadowed our stay was the neighbors from the floor above—constant noise of footsteps and running, shouting, loud conversations, but mainly during unacceptable hours. We thought that on the first night it was just a one-time occurrence. However, after the second night was interrupted at 5 AM, when it seemed the child started running and yelling, we contacted the owners. The response was quick and he promised to immediately remind the tenants regarding the quiet hours. Despite that, on our third and last night, at 2 AM, the neighbors had just returned home —there were loud shouts, heavy footsteps, and unbearable laughter. Our sleep was interrupted time after time, which obviously detracted from the overall experience of our stay.

Quiet little getaway

We loved our stay at this adorable, affordable rental! The quiet neighborhood was peaceful, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and communication with the owner was quick and friendly. Cozy, welcoming, and just what we needed — we’d definitely stay again!

Everything was newly updated & very clean. I had a small issue with the doorcode the host answered as soon as I called. She had it fixed in seconds. Only 2 blocks from the beach/pier as well

We LOVED our stay here. The place is very nice, new, and clean. Fancy appliances like the bidet toilet made our stay feel luxurious. Perfect distance from SF without staying in the city. Host responded to all messages very quickly as well. We highly reccomend this place!

Very nice, well appointed first floor apartment just a couple blocks from the ocean. Such a beautiful place to stay and a nice change from the crowds of San Francisco. Very quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to grocery store. I really appreciated the owner's communication.

Long Weekend with the kids

Took the family here to visit San Francisco area. Inside is all updated and clean. Kids got a kick out of all the smart features in this house. Pier is a short walk.
