High Tide was amazing! The place itself was great -everything that we needed, superb views, and abutting Quoddy Head state park. The beach was right below us, there were fields that were great for star gazing. Really couldn't ask for more than this for a vacation rental!

We had a tremendous week at High Tide. Stan is a communicative host with a beautiful property. The house is situated to provide stunning views over the water, which was a highlight of our trip.

Our host Stan was fantastic. He was in touch with us immediately and was easily available to answer any questions. Hightide was a perfect base for exploring the area. We enjoyed coming back to relax and enjoy the property and watch the water and stars from the deck or down by the shore. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing quiet retreat.

Hightide Lubec Maine

The house was very cozy. We loved all the windows providing lots of sunlight and gorgeous views. The location was absolutely stunning! So peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the little beach accessible from the property and hiking the many trails nearby. Stan was great. He kept in touch with us before, during and after our stay to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend!

We had a terrific week at HighTide! The location was a convenient home base for exploring the trails in West Quoddy Head State Park, Cobscook Shores, and Roosevelt Campobello International Park. In the mornings, and after a day outdoors, we enjoyed relaxing at the house, with its beautiful view. The house is thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the basics and more. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless. Stan was an excellent communicator and guide to the area. Highly recommended!

We have had an absolutely wonderful stay. The host was wonderful and even though we didn’t need to contact him for anything, we knew he was just a quick email or text away if we had. The wildlife was amazing. We’re bird nerds, so listening to all of the songbirds each day has been a treat. We were even visited by an eagle a few times. Last night around midnight, we were visited by a very cute porcupine who was very interested in something under the deck. We also watched seals from the shore. There were numerous times we wished we had brought our kayaks. We did a whale watching tour from Lubec and witnessed seals, several whales, bald eagles, and even porpoises. The local seafood was also a nice treat. The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was great. The views from the decks were amazing. Thanks again!
