Lovely Condo with Amazing Mountain Views. It is Directly off the Parkway with Easy Access to All Local Attractions. There are Convenient Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Hot tub, Playgrounds, BBQ's and on the Trolley Route.

This Home Features: One King Master Bedroom and another Queen Bedroom. Each Bedroom has an adjoined Bathroom with the Master featuring a Spacious Soaking Tub. Easily Access this 1st floor unit with No Stairs or Elevator required to Access the Home. Enjoy the Beautiful Double Outdoor Patio.

It is a Great Option for Young Families Looking to Enjoy Pigeon Forge.

The Property Features Indoor and Outdoor Pools and a Hot Tub.

We offer Leather Furniture as well as Upgraded Wood Flooring and Appliances. Free Wifi and Cable with HBO in all Rooms.

We Love the Area so much our Family Owns several other Units:

There are lots of Choices that are just Steps or a Short Drive Away. You can spend your days Shopping at the Outlets, Hiking, Biking or Ski the Mountains. Go to Dollywood Theme Park or Splash Country Water Park. There are almost Endless Opportunities for Entertainment. Groceries are Available Nearby just a Mile away at Walmart or Kroger.

We are just over a mile from the New Convention Center & The Island. It is just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Only one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have Many Restaurants to choose from and several in Walking Distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters: Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 1st floor and offers easy access for wheelchairs. The condo can be accessed by a wheelchair. The bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.

Sorry, No Smoking inside and No Pets per the condo policy. Under the HOA, trailer parking is not allowed.

We keep our calendar in top right corner up to date. Please check the availability for immediate answers.

TV never worked the entire weekend. Host notified. Someone came and said it was working and left . It did not. Person didn’t answer phone after repeated calls. Also sink in one bathroom stopped up.

This condo is very nice. Clean and spacious. It's everything they described on the website. We were on the ground floor, which is very convenient for my husband and myself. They do have a elevator. Loved this unit. Very nice owners. Very accommodating. I hope when we go back this unit is available.

Very quiet in the unit. Convenient!! Clean and well stocked. Would stay here again. A friend and I spent 3 nights here but there was more than adequate room for two couples or a family.

Wonderful Stay

Came down to stay for a baseball tournament nearby and this location was perfect. Dunkin’ just down the driveway and all the restaurants/attractions are even in walking distance. Unit was super clean and communication with Mickey was perfect. Will definitely return!

Everything was great at this condo except the bed in the master bedroom. Too soft and bed squeaked with every movement. That's just a personal preference though.

Weekend getaway

Property was very nice, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Tub and shower could have used a slip resistant mat, but overall it was great. Will be returning next year.

2 day volleyball tournament! Was the perfect place to come and relax after a long day! Everything we could need! Super clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great stay with couple small issue

The condo was great. It felt like a home and not an hotel which a hotel feels cramp. I would come back to this same place next time my family and i are taking a vacation in pigeon forge. The only issue i had was that a saw one greman cockroach and the double doors in the main bedroom didnt lock so i felt unsafe.

Spring Break for Family of Four

Visited for Spring Break with wife and two kids. Plenty of space for all of us. Condo itself was very clean and well kept. Very convenient being on first floor. Easy to access and great location near all the attractions. Check in instructions were clear and no issues accessing property. Overall, giving the stay a four due to several factors. While condo itself was clean, the complex itself did not seem well kept. Grass was not cut and overgrown and it just didn’t seem well taken care of. Indoor pool was advertised as heated but did not seem to be during our stay. Basketball court and playground were a big hit for my kids however. I would stay here again and would recommend Bruce’s Besutiful Bungalow despite those minor issues.

Great place for value! Quiet and peaceful!

Our family our stay here very much! The location was right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and easy to find. The condo is on the first floor and right in front of parking lot, but it was still quiet and peaceful. The condo was very nice and spacious! We enjoyed the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The furniture may not be the most modern/updated, but it was cozy and felt like home. It’s definitely a great value for the money!
