We offer leather furniture and upgraded wood flooring and appliances. Free Wifi and Cable with HBO in all rooms.

Lots of choices are just steps or a short drive away. Shopping at the outlets, hike, bike or ski the mountains, go to Dollywood theme park and Splash Country water park. Groceries are available just a mile away at Walmart or Kroger.

We are just over a mile from the new convention center & The Island and just over 3 miles to Dollywood. Just one mile to the Cal Ripken Experience.

We have many restaurants to choose from and several walking distance. We're also close enough that you can walk to 3 Showcase Theaters Biblical Times, Smith Family Theater and Country Tonight.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor and offers an elevator and unit can be accessed by a wheelchair. Bathroom has extra wide doorways but is not a designated accessible bathroom.

Sorry No Smoking inside and no Pets per the condo policy. HOA does not allow Trailer parking

Perfect place off the strip of Pigeon Forge. It is quiet and peaceful. Condo was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved the Jacuzzi tub and having two full bathrooms was a bonus. Excellent and quick communication was so appreciated. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge.

First of all when we entered the door, there was a terrible smell. We realized it was coming out of the garbage disposal side of the kitchen sink. The floors were filthy.We had to keep water in the sink to manage the terrible smell, My wife had to clean the toilets in the small bathroom before it could be used. You need to find another cleaning crew, this one is not very good.On a positive note we had a good supply of linens. The beds were comfortable and nice clean sheets

Very clean condo and looks just like the pictures. We had an issue with the lights and we reached out to the owners and their response was quick and they did send a handyman out to fix the problem. And was very apologetic. The condo was very cozy and felt like home. Next time in Tennessee I will be renting from them again
