Several things needed repair. No knobs on mirrored closet doors, paint peeling on edge of kitchen countertop, no knob on silverware drawer in kitchen. Would have appreciated a notebook with instructions as I have had in all other places I’ve stayed. Overall we were happy with the condo and especially the proximity to the beach!

Family vacation

Was really nice to spend time with family. This condo was really convenient for beach to time and pool time. Good food at Aarrr restaurant and bar that is located on the premises.

Fun Fun Fun!!!

As grandparents your grandchildren start getting older and you want to spend some time with them because they will outgrow you later. So we wanted to make some memories with our grandkids. It was a good time being with them.

The view was wonderful ! The condo appeared to be left by someone 1-2 yrs ago with pantry goods outdated. The condo needs a complete renovation. The St. Regis also looks rundown, I was told in May the Restaurant on the top floor would be open in June, and it still was not open. The elevators also were still being worked on. I came to be near the ocean which was beautiful so that is what counted the most to me.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing from the moment we arrived. Within minutes of checking in, maintenance was knocking on our door regarding a leak in the unit below and was in and out of the condo throughout our stay. While we understand that unexpected maintenance issues happen, it was not the ideal way to begin a vacation.The cleanliness of the unit was a major concern. The countertops and furniture were sticky, as if the property had not been properly cleaned between guests. Within 30 minutes of being inside, my son’s feet were completely black from walking on the floors. We also found trash left behind in one of the bedrooms. The outdoor porch was poorly maintained, with bird droppings and dirt present, and the patio cushions were not even set up on the furniture.There were also several functional issues. After maintenance had been in the unit, the toilets would not flush properly, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The coffee maker also did not work. After an already disappointing first night, waking up the next morning to discover there was no hot coffee was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, neither bathtub had a stopper, making it difficult for our children to take baths. We were traveling with three children under the age of five, so this created an unnecessary challenge during our stay.The host did give us a partial refund after the first night but do not feel like we had to pay another cleaning fee.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to provide some additional context. Guests may check in after 4:00 PM; however, you entered the unit approximately two hours early without prior approval or communication. At the time, our staff was still completing final inspections and walkthroughs. Once we discovered the unit had already been occupied, we completed our inspection and did not observe the trash or many of the cleanliness concerns mentioned in your review. The maintenance visits were related to an active water leak affecting the unit below. Maintenance had to inspect multiple units to locate the source of the leak and later verify that the issue had been resolved. While we understand this was inconvenient, these visits were necessary to prevent further property damage. When you initially contacted us regarding the floors, we immediately offered the option to check out and receive a refund for the unused portion of your stay. We did not receive a response until the following morning, after the first night had already been used. As a result, charges for the occupied night, linens, and cleaning remained applicable. We were never notified during your stay that the toilets were not flushing properly, bathtub stoppers were missing, or the coffee maker was not working. Had these concerns been reported, we would have gladly addressed them right away. We take guest feedback seriously and always strive to provide the
