Happy we chose this place

I had been looking at homes in Top Sail and found this place for a lot cheaper in North Top Sail; so happy I did. NTS seemed to have less homes and so less crowded. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. I would definitely go back.

Great Clean place!

Great condo, we stayed with our 3 family's. The place was very clean, had a great kitchen, plenty of beds, they had beach gear for us too. The pool was an added bonus and the Beach is super great and not crowded at all!

Family Wedding

Family wedding at St. Regis Topsail. Turtle’s Nest was the perfect retreat! We were able to enjoy all of the amenities & enjoy time with our extended family!

Beautiful location

Amazing property with great views. Take elevator to 7th floor for restaurant or hit the ground floor for gym and sauna. Family had a great time!

Great place

This was our first time at Topsail Island. The turtle nest was a great place to welcome us. The condo is updated with great amenities, clean and easily accessible to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for a great first trip to Topsail!

Turtle's Nest

The Turtle's Nest is beautiful, clean, comfy, and the view was amazing!! The owners have gone above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable and seamless as possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Topsail Beach and hope to return there soon :)

Perfect accommodations

Exactly as it was described. Will be back my son is at Camp Lejeune it's only 30 minutes away. Has everything you need grabbed a towel and beach chair that was provided and just relaxed.

Perfect!

We stayed here with my parents and brothers for a family wedding at the St. Regis. Everything was perfect and as advertised! Everything you need is provided - linens, dish detergent, towels, laundry sheets, soap, toilet paper and so much more. We flew down so we couldn't pack any extras - and we didn't need a thing!!! If we ever come back to Topsail, this will definitely be the place we're staying.

Great Family Escape

This was the perfect place to spend with our son who had a few days of liberty from the local military base. There was plenty of space for 3 separate couples with all the amenities of home. The view was awesome and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the deck. Would definitely come back!

Family beach fun

We stayed at this beautiful property this past week, we had a great time. The condo was clean and newly remodeled, beautiful furnishings. The kitchen was small but very nice, I would definitely recommend some smaller kid cups, as there were only large cups and glasses. Also, the only other issue was there is no pantry for food and snacks if your planning on doing a lot of cooking. The only reason I give low stars for communication is Betsy text me the day of check in about 1 hour before we were scheduled to check in, to see if we were checking in that day? I responded yea we were on the way for our 2pm check in and she stated the place had not been cleaned yet? We were very disappointed as my daughter and grandkids were already there waiting, they had gone to the beach earlier that day since they only live about an hour away. The cleaners did not get there until after 3pm so it was 5:30 before they were done, we checked in at 6pm. Betsy never checked to see if everything was ok, or really apologize for the inconvenience, she did offer a 50 dollar refund from cleaning fees which was nice but when we checked out I asked if we could check out at 10:30 or 11 am instead of 10 and she said no, because the cleaners would be coming for the next guest? Really, the cleaners came at 3:30 for us and we’re done in 2 hours. With that said, she never even asked how our stay was, she lacked customer service skills.
