Cancellation & Processing Fees
If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for both accepting and refunding payments.

Villa Grande Rental Rules and Regulations

Respectful Conduct in Gated Community: As a guest of Villa Grande, please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times, particularly during late hours. Our community values tranquility, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment.

Strict No Smoking Policy: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, both indoors and outdoors. Please refrain from smoking within the villa or anywhere on the property.

No Pets Allowed: Due to severe allergies of the owner, we regret to inform you that pets are not permitted on the premises under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy.

Rental Agreement Requirement: Prior to your stay at Villa Grande, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your stay, including payment details, cancellation policies, and house rules. Your reservation is not confirmed until the rental agreement has been signed.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

-If you have more than 4 guests, there will be $10 per guest, per night, with a maximum of 8 guests at any time

Heated Pool and Hot Tub: If you want to use these amenities we require a $1,500 deposit which goes towards paying the gas bill. This cost is collected up front, whatever is not used during your stay will be returned to you after you check out.

-Pool heat needs to be pre-heated 24 hours before your desired date and it maintains heat from 7AM - 7PM on the succeeding dates desired, which would be perfectly warm through the night


DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

NO PARKING ON THE STREET AFTER 11:00PM WITHOUT A PERMIT. WE WILL LEAVE TWO PERMITS AT THE HOME FOR GUEST. PERMITS MUST BE LEFT AT THE HOME UPON LEAVING THE HOUSE. FOUR VEHICLES MAXIMUM.

During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.
Please note that pool cleaners come every Monday and Thursday to clean the pool, in addition the landscapers come every Tuesday, so please don`t be alarmed if you see them during your stay.
