Outdoor: 
Your vacation is going to be epic at Grand Oasis. Start your family bonding time with a swimming session in the oversized pool, and then wash off in the outdoor shower. Prepare your meals on the propane-fueled barbecue and enjoy your dinner al fresco on the patio dining table with seating for six. Enjoy the sun on one of four patio lounge chairs. Relax on the patio seating area with your favorite book then grab your after-dinner wine to enjoy around the propane-fueled fire table with room for four. Play a match of Ping-Pong then relax in the hot tub as you watch the sunset. 

Indoor:
This vacation home opens up to a large living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 62-inch Vizio television and natural gas fireplace in comfort. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning appliances such as a Kenmore top freezer refrigerator and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops and bar-height dining with seating for two. Enjoy the poker table and second seating area located in the front of the home. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
Master Suite 1 is located to the right of the home and features a King-sized Bed, 55-inch Sony television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a tile shower and double vanity sinks.

Bedroom 2 is located on the front left of the home and features a King-sized Bed and reach-in closet.  Bedroom 3 is located in the front right of the home and features a Queen-sized Bed, 37-inch Vizio Smart television and reach-in closet. Bedroom 4 is located next to Master Suite 1 and features a Twin Over Full Bunk Bed, 40-inch TCL with Roku Smart television and reach-in closet. 

The hallway bathroom is located between Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 and features a bathtub and shower combo and a vanity sink. A second hallway bathroom is located by Bedroom 2 and features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Location: Grand Oasis is in one of the very best locations, just off the "Golden Mile" Avenue 49, minutes from top golf resorts, restaurants, and shopping in La Quinta, just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club, and near La Quinta Resort, and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
