Enjoy the beauty of this quiet, safe and family friendly neighborhood. Close to many universities and colleges, a 25 min drive to city center Philadelphia. Private house with driveway parking, enclosed backyard with everything you need for your stay. Ideal for up to 7 adults comfortably. Master bedroom has a luxury king mattress, with en suite bath. Can make an exception for up to 9 with approval by host. The living room has an extra large couch that is great for cozy nights in. Dining room has seating for 6 people. The backyard is perfect for sharing outdoor meals, enjoying a coffee or glass of wine on our fully furnished deck, equipped with gas grill. Private driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

Property was perfect for our golf tournament weekend. Comfortably accomodated our foursome with rooms for everyone. Enjoyed BBQs on the nice deck and movies on the big screen TV. Neighborhood was lovely.

Summer Stay

The house was spacious and comfortable for even a large family. It was very clean and had all the amenities that were in good working condition. Located in a good neighborhood with restaurants and grocery nearby.

We traveled from California to spend Father's Day with oir dad. The home is gorgeous, in a private , quiet area. Beautiful spacious yard and spacious interior. Looking forward to visiting again.

Really lovely home! Everything was clean, comfortable and well-supplied. Appreciated the abundance of towels and the hooks in the bathrooms/closets. Nice patio and yard—wish we could've stayed longer than the weekend to enjoy it even more! Clear and easy communication with Sonia, who was so welcoming and accommodating! Everything was great especially Sonia. The place was very well appointed with everything we needed. It was also very clean inside. The only issue we had was with the outside furniture. It sits under a tree and was covered with bird droppings. No a huge issue for us we found some clean chairs

Nice setting for a long weekend involving going to games at the baseball and soccer stadiums in the Philly area. Best feature, given the beautiful fall-like weather, was the deck patio overlooking the fenced (and shady) back yard. The yard was also a hit with our 2 year old grandson and his dogs. This is an older house in a solid family neighborhood with neat front lawns. Appliances were new, kitchen was well equipped, and window AC units worked fine. Host was very responsive.

Weekend Trip

My family of 4 with 2 small dogs selected this property as it was nearby family we were visiting.The house is located in a nice neighborhood with convenient parking options (on street and private driveway). We appreciated the blend of modern amenities/feel and unique architectural features of an older home. The fenced in yard was especially convenient for our small pets (and probably great for children, as well). We didn't need or discover the finished basement until our last day - there's a lot of space in this home!The house was impeccably clean with nice touches and features. Very comfortable and convenient for our group.Sonia's communication was clear and timely. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future.

Dad’s Funeral

Needed a rental in Delaware County for the wknd for my Dad’s funeral. We live all over the country now so I thought a rental for the wknd would be a better option than hotel rooms. I’m so glad I made that decision! The house accommodated my family perfectly, 5 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs, and room to spare. The fenced-in backyard was perfect. It was a nice neighborhood and very conveniently located. There aren’t many rentals available in Delco, I’m so glad we were able to find your place! My family had a very eventful, lovely weekend at your home and it’s a time we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you for accommodating us!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay outside of the city for a weekend event near Center City. We desired more space and parking than most property in the city has to offer. The home was tidy and offered a lot of sleeping space and multiple bathrooms, it was more than enough for my family to be comfortable. It's located on a quiet street and neighborhood, across from a church and school, which offered a playground and more green space. We would definitely return again for events we need to attend in the Philadelphia area.

Cozy and quaint perfect for a family. Our back patio is wonderful for letting the kids or pets run around safely. Private driveway and close to access highways. Our back yard and deck is fully equipo for outdoor dining featuring a gas grill and dining table for 6. The master bedroom also has a luxury king size bed with ensuite bath.
