Villa de luxe, piscine privée à seulement 300 mètres du centre-ville

Située dans un quartier résidentiel d'Alvôr, cette charmante maison neuve est sur deux étages.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend deux chambres, en suite un très grand salon / salle à manger avec portes-fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse et la piscine.

La cuisine entièrement équipée mène à une terrasse couverte qui a un barbecue intégré au coin.

La piscine a une section peu profonde pour les enfants. Les meubles de piscine et les installations de restauration en plein air sur la terrasse couverte sont en teck et les accessoires dans toute la maison sont de très bonne qualité.

Aux étages se trouve la chambre principale avec une salle de bain complète en suite et une autre chambre à deux lits avec salle de bain en suite. Ces deux chambres ont une petite véranda avec vue partielle sur la mer.

Un abri de voiture est prévu pour les voitures des clients.

À distance de marche du centre d'Alvôr (200 mètres environ) et à seulement 1 kilomètre de la plage d'Alvôr, cette charmante villa est terminée et meublée à un niveau très élevé.

We were a party of 8 celebrating our 40ths and we couldn't have asked for a better place. Great clean Villa and suited of every need. Pool was lovely. Also it was in a great location from Alvor Town, Would highly recommend. Lena was also very good at communicating through email before arriving.

I was part of a group of 7 mature (ish) ! female friends, the villa suited us perfectly, the pool area is super, it gets the sun all day and evening, the sunbeds are sturdy and comfortable and having the table and chairs in the shade provided good respite from the sun if needed. The villa is in a great location for the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants. Lena is a delightful lady who popped round and gave us advice about supermarkets and using uber which we used for the beach and other trips at a very reasonable price. Comfortable beds and bed linen too, a beautiful villa in beautiful Alvor, should we return to Alvor we would definitely wish to stay again. Thank you Lena

Loved our stay at this villa, it is spacious and well equipped, and the hosts were so kind and helpful, already waiting for us when we arrived and even popped over a few times to bring some toys/floaties for the kids to use in the pool. We didn't have great weather but that didn't stop us from jumping in and having fun anyway. Slept really well in the comfortable and lovely rooms. The house was perfectly clean. The little town is only a short walk away and has lots to explore. Thank you for letting us stay! Kat x

My family and I had a lovely 16 night stay. Villa had everything we needed. It is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants.From we booked until we left, communication with Maria was quick and easy. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful property!

We loved staying at this property as it was beautiful; large well decorated rooms, well stocked gourmet kitchen and gorgeous outdoor area with private pool and dining area. It was paradise and Lena was friendly, efficient and kind! Cannot wait to stay there again in the future!

Lovely villa

We had a lovely stay at this villa. Lena was a very nice and friendly lady. The rooms were all perfect and plenty if bathrooms. We used the outside table mostly for foid and drinks nice in the shade. Pool area was a lovely place to relax very quiet. We will definitely been back.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful Villa in a nice neighborhood with everything you need close by! Only down part was the hygiene. We had some trouble with hairs, stains and bugs in the bed. It also lacked some basics, like toiletpaper & handgel.

Fabulous stay

We have just returned from a week in alvor and a fantastic stay here. The villa is so spacious and in an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk to the center of Alvor. Lena is an absolute lady and couldn't have done any more for our family. She brought toys and inflatables for the kids and even had a spare buggy for us when it turned out we needed an extra one. We are hoping to return next year
