Villa de luxe, piscine privée à seulement 300 mÚtres du centre-ville

Située dans un quartier résidentiel d'AlvÎr, cette charmante maison neuve est sur deux étages.

Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e comprend deux chambres, en suite un trĂšs grand salon / salle Ă  manger avec portes-fenĂȘtres donnant sur la terrasse et la piscine.

La cuisine entiÚrement équipée mÚne à une terrasse couverte qui a un barbecue intégré au coin.

La piscine a une section peu profonde pour les enfants. Les meubles de piscine et les installations de restauration en plein air sur la terrasse couverte sont en teck et les accessoires dans toute la maison sont de trÚs bonne qualité.

Aux étages se trouve la chambre principale avec une salle de bain complÚte en suite et une autre chambre à deux lits avec salle de bain en suite. Ces deux chambres ont une petite véranda avec vue partielle sur la mer.

Un abri de voiture est prévu pour les voitures des clients.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful Villa in a nice neighborhood with everything you need close by! Only down part was the hygiene. We had some trouble with hairs, stains and bugs in the bed. It also lacked some basics, like toiletpaper & handgel.

Fabulous stay

We have just returned from a week in alvor and a fantastic stay here. The villa is so spacious and in an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk to the center of Alvor. Lena is an absolute lady and couldn't have done any more for our family. She brought toys and inflatables for the kids and even had a spare buggy for us when it turned out we needed an extra one. We are hoping to return next year

Excellent stay

My family all travelled together to celebrate my husband and my 40th wedding anniversary June/July. Helena was an excellent host and was always available if we needed anything. The villa had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the air-conditioning was very welcoming during the very hot weather as was the lovely pool and outside area. Location could not have been better only a short walk into town and a little further to the each but very doable. Supermarket at the end of the road was very handyThanks again Helena and we will definitely return.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lovely property and within easy reach of the town. Quite a walk to the beach with little ones but didn't bother us at all. Just a couple of small things. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the wooden bed surround was very squeaky. And also some of the kitchen utensils desperately need renewing. But overall we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful property!

We loved staying at this property as it was beautiful; large well decorated rooms, well stocked gourmet kitchen and gorgeous outdoor area with private pool and dining area. It was paradise and Lena was friendly, efficient and kind! Cannot wait to stay there again in the future!

We had a great time at the house. Plenty of room for the extended family. The pool area is excellent and having a child’s pool was a welcome bonus for our 18 month old grandson. Already looking to book again for next year.

Wonderful

Fantastic Villa 5 min walk to shops and pubs, but out of the way on a quiet one way side street. Hostess Maria Helena was fantastic and nothing was a problem for her. She even baked me a cake for my 60th birthday. Would recommend the Villa to anyone planning a visit to Alvor.
