Belle villa familiale privée avec grande piscine et accès aux plages / montagnes


Cette spacieuse villa magnifiquement rénovée a accueilli de nombreuses vacances heureuses. Il peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes et constitue une base idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter les belles plages de l'Algarve, les terrains de golf, les pistes de F1 et de karting, les montagnes et les sites historiques.
La villa est située sur un grand terrain privé avec de vastes jardins bien développés offrant une excellente intimité. Avec une grande piscine (10m x 4m) et de nombreux jeux intérieurs / extérieurs, ainsi qu'une cuisine moderne et un barbecue, c'est une chance de se divertir et de jouer à la maison. Des restaurants et des bars locaux exceptionnels vous permettent de choisir quand vous souhaitez visiter les sites touristiques les plus fréquentés.

Bien que dans un quartier sécurisé et paisible au sein d'une communauté de maisons individuelles et exceptionnelles, Casa Lucile offre un emplacement central idéal pour ceux qui veulent sortir et se déplacer. Cela peut inclure la visite des belles plages de l'Algarve comme à Alvor (9 miles), des terrains de golf - Penina (5 miles), de l'hippodrome Autodromo (4 miles), de Lagos (13 miles), des montagnes - Monchique (14 miles), et/ou faire du shopping - Aqua Mall (10 miles).

Pour les jeunes et à distance de marche du Monte Canelas, nous sommes ravis d'avoir maintenant une excellente nouvelle aire de jeux, avec des collations et des tables et bancs de pique-nique ainsi qu'une fontaine (avec fontaine à eau pour animaux de compagnie) ainsi que divers équipements de fitness. We had a lovely week at this super villa which is in a quiet and private residential area. The villa is a perfect size for a family and everything you need is provided. It has a welcoming and homely feel making it a very comfortable place to stay. The pool and gardens were spendid. Simon was an excellent host who was easily contacted. I would definitely recommend this lovely holiday property.

Spacious for 4 adults. Pool was lovely, if a bit cold in October. You need a car but there are things to do fairly nearby and the larger supermarkets well stocked.

This villa was absolutely perfect for us and had everything we needed. Simon was very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole booking process and during our stay. Great peaceful location, not overlooked at all and only a 20-25 minute drive down to some really lovely beaches! Will absolutely be recommending this villa to friends and family!

Wonderful authentic villa in great location.

Really nice authentic villa in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent proximity to beaches, mountains and attractions. Simon also couldn’t have been cooler… really nice guy! I highly recommend for families or groups looking for a great place to hang out or as a central launching pad to The Algarve. However the VRBO app and platform leaves a lot to be desired per usual. Amazing private villa with a great pool

We stayed at this villa for 5 nights in August 2023 and everyone had a great time. Our teenagers loved the pool table and wifi of course. The villa is very well maintained, modern, spacious, and has a great pool. We also appreciated the privacy during our stay. Thank you Simon.

Impressive Villa

A really good and well-maintained villa. The check-in and communication with Simon went perfectly; he's super friendly. The villa is very well-equipped, and it was thoroughly cleaned and maintained. Everything is as presented in the photos. The location, 'Monte Canelas', is also super calm and quiet, yet close enough to Portimão.

Family Fun

Our family of 2 adults and 3 teens enjoyed our stay at Casa Lucile. The kids loved the pool. There was enough room to spread out. Everything we needed was here. Easy to get to the beach towns. My only advice to the owners would be to invest in blinds or shades. The sun comes up early! Would stay here again.

Amazing holiday July 2022

We were a group off 7 persons ( adults , teenagers and little one ). Very good location near to Alvor , but you need a car to visit the area . The house was spotless , stayed 2 weeks and after 1 week new sheets, cleaning off the house . Everything what you needed was available, the pool very clean and nice size . Would recommend to everyone and hope to come again one day

A perfect pad

This house is glorious and has everything. Initially thought the level of amenities couldn't possibly be included in one home, but they can. A swimming pool, table football, pool table and table tennis. The TV room is comfy, there are two dining tables and the showers/bathrooms are clean and warm. You'll need a car for the location but equally you don't really need to leave if you don't want to. If you do leave, there are lots of great little day trips (and the local winery is very cute too). Would strongly recommend

Perfect for a family holiday

This property was perfect for our 3 generation family holiday. The rooms are all spacious, comfortable, extremely well equipped and most importantly immaculately clean. The garden is lovely and like the rest of the property, perfect. The position of the property is excellent for exploring the area, we particularly liked driving inland into the hills. It was extremely hot so we appreciated the fact that the house stayed cool inside and outside there is plenty of shady places to sit and of course the pool. We enjoyed the games facilities, particularly the splendid pool and table tennis tables. In summary the whole experience was great. The owner is very friendly and helpful as was the cleaner and I don't think the property could be improved upon. Highly recommended.

Fabulous

The villa is absolutely gorgeous. It’s got everything you can need from games to kitchen equipment. Loads of space. The pool and outdoor area is fabulous for relaxing, chatting, eating lunch etc. the garden is beautiful and it’s so nice to be surrounded by lovely plants. Booking was smooth, the instructions are great and the place was spotlessly clean. There were several houses under construction around the area, a couple of which did create a lot of noise during the day. This was really unfortunate because we did book this place to relax by a pool, but it’s not something the owner can do anything about. We went out every afternoon but the mornings were somewhat disrupted! Once those closer houses are complete, it would be a tranquil haven, I’m sure.

Fabulous Villa

I have stayed in a fair few villas over the years and this is one of the best ones ! Set in a large plot, plenty of parking up the driveway. Gardens surrounding the villa are mature and offer privacy. I stayed here with my parents and my two grown up kids, so there was plenty of room with the four bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. Fully air conditioned which was needed in the 35 degree heat we had during our stay! Refurbished new Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds and sofas. I would second the previous reviewer that the front bedrooms do need some darker curtains or blinds to keep out the sun. About a 15 min drive to Alvor which was our favourite as much less rowdy than Portimao! Also sampled the great local restaurants. Simon the owner and Lena the property manager were brilliant to attend to the couple of issues that we had during our stay. We have already booked again for next year!

Country Retreat

My wife and I stayed at this home for four days in May, 2025. A heat wave during the week, but the house was still very comfortable.A lot more house than the two of us needed, but the neighborhood “quietness” was well worth it. At first it seemed a little remote, but we shortly realized it was just a quick 15 minutes to town. A restaurant, cafe and small market are adjacent to the neighborhood for easy and quick access.The grounds are phenomenal with the odors of flowers and the chirping of birds to sooth the soul - no traffic noise, airplanes, or noisy neighbors. I didn’t want to leave the pool area but we had to get out and see the sights. One thing - mosquitos do come out at night so be prepared. We were not so we had to stock up at the store for those late nights on the patio.The house is very well equipped with games, TV’s, books, a pool table, fooseball table and even ping-pong - none of which we used but nice to have them available, There was a beach umbrella and beach bag we utilized for our time at the beach and lots of other practical items we didn’t use but you would if you brought kids along.All in all, the owner is a great communicator and is happy to help with recommendations so I would take advantage if you are new to the area. I would recommend this house as a great “base of operations” for exploring the Western Algarve.

La maison idéale pour des vacances en Algarve

Nous étions 7 amis et avons passé une semaine en Algarve, à la Casa Lucile. La maison est spacieuse et tout confort (3 salles de bain, une grande cuisine...). En extérieur, la grande piscine et les différents espaces (de jeux, détente, salon de jardin...) permettent facilement de vivre dehors et profiter pleinement du grand soleil ! Le positionnement central de la maison permet de découvrir l’Algarve sans faire trop de voiture. En contact régulier avec Simon avant le séjour, tout s’est merveilleusement déroulé ! Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci encore pour cette superbe semaine !

Sehr schöne große Unterkunft mit Pool!

Die zwei Schlafzimmer im OG haben separate Bäder, sehr praktisch! Die Unterkunft hat ein großes Angebot an Spiele, Billard, Tischtennis, Tischkicker etc. Der Pool ist super!

We are life long fans of the Algarve, and especially villa holidays. Although we have travelled much of the world, we always wanted to eventually settle on one place for regular holidays. We have been proud owners of Casa Lucile since 2012.

We'll be travelling over a few times ever year, but are keen to share this happy home with others of a like mind.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We were looking for a villa that provided privacy and some peace and quiet, but was not isolated. Something with easy access to the beach and other areas of interest, but away from the crowds.

Lucile has most of the facilities of home, plus a great pool. You can dine like kings or just crack open a bottle of vino and enjoy all the local produce. Alvor indoor market (15mins) is a perfect place to shop - fish straight from the sea, wide variety of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits etc.

In contrast Alvor also has a great street leading to the harbour where there is a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants for when you'd like to 'pick the pace up a little'.

Lucile gives a great sense of freedom. Up for an early swim followed by breakfast sat out by the pool. Never move any further than this, or spend the day on the beach, up the mountains, or 'mall' shopping.

Near by is a vineyard where you can test the quality of the local grape. Also close to the villa is Penina for top class golf, Auto Dromo for World Super Bikes and go karting / track days, a Riding Centre and great road / mountain biking.

There are many books & games to keep you entertained.

Local TV is not great…. , so we have invested in wifi (very good here) and 2 new smart TVs for Amazon Prime, Netflix etc.
