Cet appartement spacieux est situé au coeur du centre historique, à proximité de nombreux sites historiques de la ville tels que la Piazza Navona (10 min), le Panthéon (5 min.), 10 minutes de Campo de Fiori et 15 minutes de St. Angel Castle et la rue Fori Imperiali.
Au bout de la rue, la jolie place Piazza St Esutachio offre un endroit agréable pour prendre votre petit-déjeuner, un café ou différents restaurants pour le déjeuner et le dßner.

LA DESCRIPTION
La Residenza Sinibaldi est située dans un bùtiment historique datant du XVIe siÚcle, propriété de la famille Sinibaldi.
Il est situé au premier étage, sans ascenseur. Composé de 5 chambres doubles, avec lits queen et king size, 4 salles de bain complÚtes, une salle de séjour avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et une kitchenette pour votre petit-déjeuner.
L'appartement est agréable aussi pour les bébés et les enfants. Haut raccomended pour familiea, grands groupes d'amis ou voyageurs de luxe qui ont besoin d'une chambre chacun.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great being close to many attractions and because of this you could visit them early when the crowds weren’t around. The hosts Giorgia and Fabio were so very helpful and the check-in went very smoothly.A great place to stay.

Fabulous location and great place.

We stayed five nights in Rome with our two children and three grandchildren. The location is fabulous, and Georgia met us there, explained the history and the details of the apartment, and also provided help arranging drivers from the airport. We very strongly recommend this property, and Georgia.

Great Location and Stay

The location is perfect for Rome, steps from Pantheon, Piazza Navona and around the corner form a small grocery store. The team and house itself was perfect. We were there in summer and the AC was much needed in the heat. Everything was clean and spacious. I would consider staying here again if we had a big enough group for the space.

Perfect place for our group

We loved staying in this house. It had so much history and character and was very comfortable. One of the best things was the host who met us at the property and explained everything and answered our questions. He even had a great reconfirm dinner nearby. The only problem is that we wish we could have stayed longer.

This place has a lot of space. 2 living and kitchen areas with all 5 bedrooms. Air conditioning works great. It was clean. Check in was easy. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Rome.

Great stay, great hose

Fabiano coordinated meeting us at check-in. We were 2 families staying together. Back rooms in newer part, per other reviews, were quieter and better for sleeping. Front rooms in older part had some street noise that with a bit of white noise from our cell phones the kids slept thru no issues. There is a small grocery store around the corner from the unit, which was very convenient. Overall, really pleased with our stay and an excellent unit with some unique architecture that added to the overall experience. Thanks for the hospitality!
