Sleeping up to 14 people, the 220-square-metre apartment is located on the second floor of a historic palazzo. Via dei Baullari is just 50 meters away from Campo de' Fiori square and just 500 meters from Piazza Navona.

Brightly lit thanks to the large double-glazed windows overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza San Pantaleo, the apartment is nevertheless quiet and peaceful.

The apartment is composed of 5 soberly furnished bedrooms (3 double, 1 triple and 1 quadruple), a living room, a dining room, 2 balconies, 4 bathrooms (1 with bath and 3 with shower) and a kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is also fitted with air conditioning in every bedroom, SmartTV and wi-fi Internet connection. One of the bathroom is also equipped with steam bath.

The triple bedroom is dedicated to kids. They have toys and an activity led panel at their disposal.

The apartment has an independent heating system, with a boiler supplying unlimited hot water.

Our BAULLARI III and BAULLARI II apartments, which can accommodate up to 12 people in the first one and up to 8 people in the second one, are also located in the same building. It is thus possible for groups or families who wish to visit Rome together whilst nevertheless retaining their independence and privacy to rent two or all three of these apartments together.

Upon arrival, a deposit of Euro 300 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay except in case of any damage caused to the flat.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome at this apartment. The location is perfect for walking to many landmark sites. We ate at several of the restaurants in the neighborhood and found them all very good.

Great location and nice place

This is the perfect location for walking to everything Rome has to offer. It has a nice balcony and shutters for overlooking some of the action on the street below. The beds are comfortable, and with 4 bathrooms and showers, our group was never waiting to use one. It can be loud for light sleepers given the excellent location, but it didn't bother us.

Great location and well equipped for a large group

Great location with easy access to shops, cafes, restaurants and bars and very close walking to all main attractions. We had a group of 9 and had more then ample space to accommodate us all. Would recommend and happy to stay here again.

Great location between Piazza Nuovo and Piazza Campo De Fiori. It is just about the perfect location with a great bakery on the ground floor. The space was just right for our family of thirteen kids and grandkids.

Best VRBO in Rome

We stayed here for Christmas. 2 families with 3 adults and 5 tweens / teens. Communication with the hosts was excellent and immediate. The location is fantastic. It is a large, clean space with modern amenities. It felt like an Upscale hotel. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They had a decorated Christmas tree and panettone upon our arrival. Exceptional and highly recommend.

Great central location Rome

My friends and family enjoyed a week in Rome touring the city and sites. This apartment had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and space. The property manager was very helpful throughout the process. Our only challenge was noise throughout the night but that’s a trade off for being centrally located in a busy city.

This apartment was spectacular! Everyone in our group (10 adults) loved it! We had excellent communications with ROMAC in the months leading up to our stay with timely, patient and helpful responses! The apartment was super lovely with favorite features being the balcony, living room, and dining room! I’d only say the kitchen cannot and does not have a large table in the middle. It is quite smaller than that but able to handle several people in it at a time. Loved it and would go back in a minute! Also, the location cannot be beat! Piazza Fiori just down the block and Navonna very close by is the best location I can imagine!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of historic Rome!

The apartment lives up to the listing! Enjoy a taste of city life in Rome by make this your temporary home while in town. 1 block off Campo dei Fiori and across the street from Piazza Navona. 5-10 minutes walk to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and much more. Apartment has a small, but working elevator so if you have big bags or a baby carriage, be prepared for some carrying. The apartment is spacious and clean and very comfortable with entertainment options for kids and adults. Our party had 10 people of all ages and everyone had space and comfy sleeping accommodations. I highly recommend this for a group traveling together who wants to enjoy company and still have some private space when needed.

Great location in a cool old building

The location of the property is the highlight. Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori are around the corner so many fantastic restaurants are a stone’s throw away. Trastevere is only ten minutes away on foot and Vatican City is walkable in 15. Given the location, you do hear a lot of street noise so ear plugs and white noise were needed by all. The apartment itself is dated and one bedroom smelled very musty/moldy. We closed the door and chose not to use it. If you need a big apartment in a great location (like our family of 7) this is a good option. One bedroom is perfect for young children and our 6 year old loved it.

Large property Great Neighborhood

Very large apartment in the perfect neighborhood. Communication and the check-in process were perfect. 4 large rooms that were clean and comfortable. You are in the heart of Rome and a short walk from the Vatican and Pantheon. The Coliseum was about a 30 min walk. Just outside our door was a huge market at Campo de Flori. There were so many little shops and restaurants. The area is very busy and loud but we were so impressed with how well the windows did at keeping the noise out if you wanted a little more quiet experience. If we had a group our size again in Rome, this would be the first property we would inquire with to see if it was available. Could not have been more satisfied.

Amazing location and space

We stayed here for the end of our trip and it was the best place of all. Location: right next to everything. Easy walk to the Pantheon, Travis Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc. Next to all the major bus lines so we could easily get around, and there’s a taxi stand right across the street.Apartment: The space is perfect for a large group. We had 11 people (7 adults, 4 kids). Only downside is that the wifi has trouble handling that many devices at once but even more reason to get out and enjoy the locations. There is a washer AND dryer although you can only run one at a time. 4 bathrooms and the living room and dining room are spacious so you’re not on top of each other.There’s a bakery next door, gelato a couple stores down, and a CarreFour a block away. Owners were responsive and met us at the beginning to go over the apartment. There are stairs but also a small lift if you have anyone that has trouble with stairs.

Great for group and central location!

Our group of 8, 3 couples and 2 singles really enjoyed the apartment and the great location. Plenty of space and bathrooms so everyone was comfortable and a living room and dining table large enough for us all to gather. Also a great location where it was walkable to just about everything.
