Mobile home with 2 bedrooms each with Queen beds in them, living room area with a couch that rolls out to a Queen bed, 2 chairs and a coffee table, full kitchen with table and chairs, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, cream & sugar. Washer and dryer in the hallway. Newly remodeled throughout, one bathroom with shower and tub.

The Neighborhood:
The Star Gate Motel is located on 16 acres on the South side of Indian River towards Wolverine. It has a large parking lot, perfect for ATV/Snowmobile trailers and boats. It has direct access to the Snowmobile and ATV trails and is very close to a bike lane that leads to the North Central Bike Trail. It is within walking distance from Cross in the Woods and less than a mile from Burt Lake State Park.
