The Perfect View

My friends and I stayed here for the night prior to going on a cruise and it could not have been more perfect! The layout of the apartment along with the view was excellent! Could not have asked for a better rental experience!

Wonderful

It is literally as described in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this booking. It was very clean and has the best view. We stayed for 4th of July and we saw the fireworks from the Balcony. The hotel itself was very busy at all times and we couldn't get an early check-in.

Horrible experience

Never got my 2br suite upon arrival. I was at the front desk for over an hour (time I didnt have since it was our last day of our trip). They claimed that the room didn't have AC. I think they just gave out my room to someone else since I saw a lot of people trying to check. Also, I wasn't the only ones having issues. Multiple people were arguing about issues at check-in. They offered me two rooms, but it wasn't what I wanted. Eventually, I spoke to the main manager, who told me he was just going to waive the entire night's fee for all my problems (couldn't find a package sent to the hotel. My friend ended up losing her flight back home), I am yet to hear from him as I have sent him an email reminding him of our conversation. Won't be staying her ever again!!
