Lakefront Haven: Waterfront Oasis with Dock, Spacious Swim Pier & Pano Lake view

Enjoy the comfort and breath-taking views of our brand-new, lake-front, four-story home! Perched just above Delavan Lake Yacht Club, this home has a shared dock/swimming pier and incredible water views from every window of every room. The five bedrooms, five bathrooms, finished basement and finished attic provide plenty of space and privacy for everyone to unwind, relax and have fun.

The main floor has an open concept family room, dining room and kitchen and is fully-equipped with new appliances, new furniture and a large, flat screen TV. This large space with plenty of seating makes our home perfect for small or large gatherings. There are two king bed master suites and three queen bed bedrooms with luxury mattresses and bedding so you can enjoy maximum comfort during your stay. The attic and large basement/game room are the cherry on top for families with kids, as they provide additional beds to sleep in and more space to spread out and have fun!

With so much to do in Delavan Lake, you can spend your days boating, swimming off the pier, shopping, golfing, lounging on a rocker on our covered porch or kicked back around the fire pit. There are stores, bars and restaurants all within walking distance, and the Delavan Marina is just a three minute drive down the road. The location and size of this home are truly perfect for family getaways, work retreats, trips with friends or holiday celebrations. Great Family Vacation

We had this fabulous home during the fourth of July week for our family vacation. Kyle was a wonderful host and checked in with us often to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this Super Host Property.

Very clean home and had a great time fishing off the pier and sitting around the fire at night! Family vacation with 6 adults and 3 children. Very spacious and fit exactly what we were looking for. We will be back!

The entire house was in immaculate condition. The number of bathrooms, the comfortable beds and numerous options for sleeping arrangements, the kitchen, grill, outdoor seating…. All of it made this the perfect house for a big multi-family gathering for our trip.

Great Location, Beautiful Home

Had an absolute blast staying here. Was a great location close to the yacht club, the Inbetween and our friends houses. We cooked in every night which was easy and great for big groups. Plenty of beds and baths. We rented a boat nearby and were able to pick our crew up at the pier. Kyle, the host was super communicative. We can't wait to come again next year!

A weekend of lake fun and forever memories!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful house! The location is absolute perfection being close to all the fun Delevan Lake has to offer (lake fun, bars, restaurants, ice cream shop). All the kids had a blast swimming off the pier and making so many amazing memories! The decor of the house is something you would see in a magazine, everyone was inspired for their own homes! The property was impeccably clean and well maintained. If you have some time and want a place to stay with family and friends, do yourself a favor and book this house!

Wonderful house for a girls getaway

This was a great place for our group of six senior ladies. The home was recently built, and everything was clean and in good working condition. Plenty of hot water for all five bathrooms! The mattresses were plush and comfy. We loved the large family room and kitchen - what a great place to relax and catch up with each other while enjoying the beautiful views of the lake! The home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, perfect for long walks. But also a short drive to shops and restaurants. It was our first time at this property, but we've rented from Kyle before, and he's quick to respond to questions at any time. We would love to stay here again!
