The perfect location for this adorable cabin! It includes an open living area with high ceilings, exposed beams, comfortable seating, and a stone fireplace. The cabin has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen directly connected. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen and comes with everything you need to make your meals inside, or enjoy a cookout with the Grill. The oversized patio is the perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee, an evening glass of wine, or to share laughs with your friends and family! The cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi for streaming, checking emails, or working remotely!

The Great Smoky National Park is just on the other side of Gatlinburg, only about 10 minutes away, depending on the traffic. You can sit and enjoy the electric fireplace which changes colors and provides heat when you want it. Its cozy and private but close enough in to be around everything you want to see and do. There are seasonal partial mountain views from the deck.

* The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for area cabins)
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the deck, and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the parking area.

*There is a strict no-pet policy.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
