Excellent view, great location

Huge lanai, nice size bedrooms, had everything we needed to cook there. Plenty of seating options. Pool was great. Cleaning supplies were provided under the sink. Each bedroom had its own private bath, back bedroom off kitchen only had half bath, there was no central (common bath). The biggest down fall was the extremely slow and hot elevator. We took the stairs down alot.

Gorgeous view...that's what you pay for

Unit was all about the view. Was spacious but incredibly out dated! Dishwasher broke and kitchen drawers and cabinets filthy. Told manager about dishwasher and never looked at or fixed the entire week we were there. View was gorgeous and location was great!

Hello Jen, Thank you for your feedback. I wanted to share that the owner is planning a refresh of the unit in the near future. In the meantime, we’ve set the rental rates for this beautiful 7th-floor unit lower than comparable options to reflect its current condition. I also wanted to clarify that I’m the Manager of the property, and I can assure you that had we spoken or met during your stay, we would have reached out to the owner immediately to address the dishwasher issue or send one of our maintenace techs up to the unit. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and we do our best to respond promptly when concerns are brought to our attention.

It was disappointing that we did not have a functioning dishwasher for the entire seven days of our stay. It was obvious that the dishwasher did not work upon arrival, despite front office staff trying to blame it on the housekeeper not knowing how to use it. We were given the runaround for the entire week about getting it replaced or fixed while our stay was interrupted by 3 different repairmen coming to look at it. While I understand that these things happen and can be out of your control, the lack of customer service or compensation surrounding the issue was beyond disappointing. Sadly, we will not be returning to this condo, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. Overall the condo was surface clean, but can use a serious deep clan. There were food splatters on the wall and kitchen chair cushions were torn, dirty and had areas of mildew. The dated decor was fun and did not bother us one bit, but it seems that overall this place has been neglected for some time.

We’re very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the condo. As noted throughout the unit description and pricing details, this particular 7th-floor three-bedroom unit is significantly discounted—approximately 60% below the typical market rate for comparable units at Crescent Royale. The pricing reflects the exceptional views and size of the condo, while also disclosing that the unit is in need of updates and repairs. Regarding the dishwasher, our staff acted immediately upon notification and arranged for a replacement within approximately five hours, pending owner approval. Unfortunately, due to delivery and installation scheduling, there was little additional action that could be taken at that time. Had any additional needs or concerns been brought to our staff’s attention during your stay, including basic kitchen items such as dish soap, we would have gladly assisted. Guest service is extremely important to us, and we always strive to respond as quickly and professionally as possible.
