Relaxing beach week with wonderful view.

Perfect location for easy beach walks daily we enjoyed. We enjoyed pool daily morning and night. Place has everything you would need for vacation. Look forward to returning to Siesta Key. We love it! Beautiful condo!!

Great condo on the 5th floor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. Impeccably clean. Screened in lanai. Heated pool. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach - right across the street. Exactly as listed.

Absolutely gorgeous condo!

This condo is beautiful! It had everything we needed and was perfect compared to a different unit we had last year at Crescent royale. We had 22 of there this year and everyone fell in love and we're coming back next year and definitely getting this same condo...So clean, decor was beautiful and I can go on and on....

We loved everything about our stay. The unit itself is nicer than the pictures make it seem. Everything inside was nice/new and clean. The view was breathtaking. We loved all of the utensils and cooking supplies that were provided. We were right across the street from Siesta Beach and walked there often. We took the free trolley down the street to dinner and a few times we walked home along the beach. The pool was great, clean, warm and refreshing. It was deeper than we expected but the kids adapted fine. There were noodles and floaties around that we were able to use. I think the pool started at 4 feet and went to 7 feet. The storage area in the garage has a wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas that we were happy to find. We also bought 3 boogie boards and left them behind for the next lucky family to use. All 5 of us (my husband, myself, and our 3 boys) LOVED this condo and we all give it 10/10. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean. Appliances and decor all up to date. It was nice that beach items were provided so that we didn’t need to bring our own. Host of condo was super friendly and helpful since this was our first time in Siesta Key. Responses to our questions about his condo were answered promptly.

Perfect beach location

The view from the lanai was beautiful and the location was great! The condo was quiet, clean and provided plenty of space for three of us. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and toys available with the condo too. We had a bit of a challenge when we arrived Saturday afternoon and discovered the keys weren't in the lockbox as described. Luckily a couple kind residents offered to help and knew how to get in touch with property management off hours. If we visit Siesta Key again, we would definitely stay in this condo. Loved it!

Highly Recommend

This is a great property that exceeded expectations. The view was amazing and we couldn't get enough of it. The condo has several updates, including a great kitchen and tile bathrooms. The condo has everything you need and was clean. The mattress in the master was also really nice. Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys in the locker room was a plus. Only thing that would have been nice would be a beach wagon, especially for families due to how wide of a beach it is. The road in front is busy but overall an easy walk to a wonderful beach with white sand. I would recommend staying here.

Almost perfect

Location is ideal and unit was clean. The on-site management was very helpful and quick to assist when we’d inadvertently locked ourselves out of the unit. Only major drawback was having to supply many basics ourselves (extra toilet paper, dish sponge, Kleenex, salt and pepper, clothes detergent, etc.) that we’ve typically seen included in rentals at this price point. Unit looks right out over Beach Road, so a great view of the ocean. But, that also means traffic noise from the road below, if you like to sleep with the windows open. The mattresses were also very soft. Some folks will love them, while others may not - just pointing out if this is important for your comfort. But, the proximity to the beach is amazing and this is a huge benefit if beach time is your priority!

Location! Location! Location! Plus an amazing view and BEAUTIFUL interior!

I almost didn't stay at Crescent Royale because I wanted to be directly on the beach. I'm glad I changed my mind. There is nothing between this condominium and the beach except a road, and I have stayed at places on the beach where it was harder to work your way across to the beach. Plus you have the advantage of a public beach with lifeguards. The drum circle on Sunday nights is just steps away from the condominium. Siesta Key Village is just a 10 minute walk away (which is convenient because parking there is horrible, but the restaurants are great!) Be sure to call for a free ride in an electric car to and from the village, which is totally financed by tips to the drivers. The interior of the condominium is exactly as it appears. It has high grade finishes and the furniture is comfortable as well as lovely. The kitchen is amazing, and we loved the kitchen bar, which is much more practical than a formal dining room area.The complex ammenities are above average and the office staff is helpful. The covered parking kept the car from being an absolute oven when you got in it. I would recommend this condominium for adults looking for a romantic getaway, for older couples looking for a peaceful setting and beautiful view and for families with children.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented two condos for our family beach week. Happy with both. May Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once again, a great experience at Crescent Royale. The condo is beautiful, clean and well kept. One suggestion... we had a broken water heater that we were unaware of. A maintenance person pounded on the door at 8:15 am and wanted entrance to the condo. I did not let him in as I was alone at the time as my husband was taking a walk. I called the after-hours number to confirm it was legit. The water heater was leaking to the floors below. If maintenance needs entrance, I suggest a call from the office as a warning that someone will need access prior to someone just pounding on the door. Once we let maintenance in to access the situation, the repair folks were prompt & courteous, and it was repaired very quickly. Besides that, our stay was fabulous. We will be back next year.

Great condo! Great location!

The property is in the perfect location. Easy to access the beach and short ride to the village. The condo was perfect for two couples. Beds were comfortable as was furniture. When reviewing the pictures the lanai had a nice round dining table with seating for 4 but during our stay it had an outdoor patio set and 2 Adirondack chairs that cramped the area. The storage shed was adequate with chairs, cooler and umbrellas. A beach cart would be helpful to take chairs, umbrellas, cooler since it is a good walk to get on the beach. I have stayed at several other properties both domestic and International and was disappointed with the lack of Kleenex, TP, paper towel, coffee filters, foil, baggies, spices and laundry detergent. Essential kitchen items should be provided for the people renting weekly. If we were renting for long term stay I would not expect that those items to be provided but for the week it should. I would definitely stay at the property again, but would ask the management team to look at the cleanliness of the units as there was sand on the kitchen island when we arrived and dust behind both bedroom doors. Another thing that would be appreciated is if renters could have an earlier check in time than 4 PM.

After hours check in was so easy after we had flight delays! Stunning views, and so well set up and beautifully decorated. Beds comfy and bathrooms were large. Kitchen had everything and pool was amazing. Shuttles took us everywhere on the Key. We love Cresant Royal

Family friendly at Siesta Key

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Nice upgrades, excellent view and literally has everything you might need. We really enjoyed the Sunday night drum circle at the public beach, just a short walk away, and the free trolley was not only a convenience but an attraction. Kids loved it & the joy ride down to Turtle Beach should not be missed. Plenty of rules at this property but the cleanliness & amenities call for it. 5 stars!!
