San Juan del Sur Villa Las Almendras

Excellent home with an even better location. We have rented homes in San Juan del Sur beach many times and this one was definitely the best. The house keeper DoƄa Flor was very helpful and made our check in and check out process very efficient and easy. We will definitely be looking to book this same property on our next visit to San Juan

Great location! Spacious house !!!

House was perfect plenty of room for everyone, Flor is very friendly and keeps the place looking nice daily. I definitely recommend this house for families, great place to chill, play and make memories and the view is breathtaking! Also very close to town!

Great location

The house was beautiful and clean. The back yard has a pool and the back gate goes right onto the beach. A few of the rooms were quite musty and the downstairs bathroom wasn't fully operational. Because of that we give it 4 stars instead of 5.

I have looked at this property for years and been wanting to stay here. But the cost was always too high. The description does not meet the condition of the home. The home is filthy. The downstairs bathroom was infested with ants, spiders, and other bugs it was only this bathroom. The outdoor service bathroom was cleaner with no bugs surprisingly. I understand the tropical atmosphere time of year, etc. however, this was an ordinary case of bugs. There were ants on the ceiling, shower curtain floor, shower sink. Every day it was like this after a shower the bugs will come back within an hour after cleaning with bleach the bugs will come back within an hour. It took the host several days to respond. I had to report this to the customer service for VBRO in order to get the host to reply when the host replied, he shows up unannounced in person and is hostile with me arguing with me that this is normal and that the bugs were small and I was being exaggerating. The furniture was very uncomfortable. There was not an area where you could sit down as a group family to enjoy yourself in any room in the house. The only TV was upstairs in the middle sitting area of room that was joined to Jack and Jill bedrooms. The only way to get upstairs was by going outdoors to a side staircase. The two bedrooms upstairs we joined together by a middle sitting room. The first door was broken. The second door had to stay locked in order to stay closed so the only entrance to the second florist by the t
