Sierra Peaks is located in the Beautiful Sierra Lane community adjacent to Blue Mountain. Sierra Lane is a 7 minute walk to the heart of Blue Mountain Village where you will find the ski hills, restaurants, shops and more.



The Sierra Lane community has an outdoor swimming pool open in the summer months that guests can use during their stay.



The Space:

Welcome to Sierra Peaks, a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.



As you enter the main floor, you'll be greeted by a generous living and dining area with cathedral ceilings, creating an airy and open atmosphere. The updated kitchen features a delightful coffee bar and is fully equipped for meal preparation, making it easy to host your entire group around the large dining table, perfect for group gatherings.



The main floor also includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the cozy bunkbed room is ideal for families and friends.



Venture upstairs to discover the loft area, which features a charming window overlooking the living room. Here, you'll find the master bedroom. This serene retreat includes its own TV and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience.



Step outside to enjoy the outdoor patio, complete with comfortable seating and a BBQ grill, where you can relax and take in the stunning golf course views of Blue Mountain.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer.



Getting Around:

There is one designated parking spot for the unit and visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.



The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5-7 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.-



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.

Sierra Lane Community is undergoing renovations to the exterior of each building. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays. Please note that construction work for the exterior of the building housing unit 118 will take place in the Summer/Fall of 2025 (tentative dates: July to September). Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.
