Incredible Stay

I really enjoyed staying at this house! Everything was very new and clean! The host was very polite and always available whenever i had a question. The location was very close to downtown, seaworld, and the beach! Best value I found in San Diego!

GU Family Time

Enjoyed the house! Leo the host was great and extremely responsive. Location close to many places to eat, short drive to downtown and right off the freeway! Neighborhood was quiet, overall a nice place that allowed us to enjoy our time in San Diego!

Great Place

I've been coming to San Diego for over a decade and so impressed with how nice Chula Vista has become! This house is perfectly situated and close to all the San Diego hotspots, without the price markup! The place was new, clean, and the host was always responsive! Highly Recommend!!!

Good space, nicely decorated, good location.

Overall, this was the perfect place for my family who is very familiar with the Chula Vista area. The rental had ample space and was decorated nicely. The only improvement I would suggest is having a slightly cleaner space -- the bathroom rugs in the upstairs bathroom looked like they hadn't been washed and the walls seemed to be a bit scruffy. But overall, this rental was nice.

The property was great!!! Neighborhood was quiet and safe!! No parking issues. Awesome tv's in every room. Kitchen was awesome. Washer/dryer came in so handy. Restrooms were beautiful. Just a little bit more attention on the cleaning. Floors really need to be swept and mopped. Disinfecting them. Last the walls...Overall 9/10

Good experience

Everything listed is there. The only thing I had an issue with is the front door didn’t always lock once you put the code in. It would go green and just spin and never actually lock. Other than that I was a great stay and would tell people about it.

Over all the stay was good, and honestly I would stay there again. Pros: The neighborhood felt very safe. The master bedroom is huge The bathrooms abd kitchen are upated There is a T.V. in everyroom Cons: There is only one spot for onsite parking. If you bring more than one vehicle you have to park on the street, or down the street at the metro station. There isn't actually central air. Window units were provided, but only one was installed in a window when we got there. We couldn't figure out how to install the other one, so it went unused. There were a few moldy strawberries under the couch that we found while we were cleaning up some spilled water. The showers had some long black hairs in and around them. The kitchen was lacking a few things that made it really hard to cook a meal and so we had to get creative. All in all we would stay there again as these weren't necessarily deal breakers for us. It would have been nice to know some of them before hand. It was way better than a hotel for our family.
