Great place to stay!

Had a great stay in Pacific City! The location was ideal—close enough to the beach to enjoy the coastal vibe without the crowds, and there were plenty of good local options for food and activities. Bonus: gas was surprisingly cheap for California, just down the road. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back getaway.

PB vacation with the family.

Check-in was very easy and Eline was very communicative and kind throughout the whole process.The property was very nice looking and very clean and tidy. My children loved having their own rooms and loved making s’more’s on the fire pit. Me and my husband really enjoyed having the living space and the fully equip kitchen! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to unwind by the beach !

Great value, great location!

Great place for an active family getaway weekend in San Diego. Property was exactly what we needed for family of 5 (ages 7-11). Mostly just for sleeping and making breakfast in the morning. But good central location for getting to most places in SD. Grocery and good coffee places nearby.Host was responsive and helpful with recommendations!

Wonderful home and host in Pacific Beach!

My family and I were grateful to stay in such a clean, well kept, comfortable and conveniently located property in the Pacific Beach area. Eileen is a wonderful and responsive host who communicated swiftly and with kindness and care. We were quite busy with family and friends while in town and did not spend much time at the home other than to sleep and prepare for the day. However, the accommodations were very comfortable, the kitchen nicely stocked with the essentials and the beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The location was very quiet at night for us and the private courtyard area served as a nice retreat to enjoy the evening. Wonderful coffee, restaurants, grocery and shopping all in comfortable walking distance. A nice 20 minute walk to the beach. Would be delighted to stay here again and highly recommend this wonderful townhome to anyone! Thank you, Eileen!

Great location, good communication

Location was great and communication with host was great. Place was very clean. This is actually a duplex and this listing is for the top floor. Laundry is shared (which was a pain for us because the other people started a load and never switched it over). The mattresses were very uncomfortable. A/C unit is only in the main area so you have to keep bedroom doors open at night if you want to cool the rooms (might be common for San Diego but we’re not locals). My 6ft tall husband hit his head several times on the ceiling fans because the ceilings are pretty low in the bedrooms.

Cool PB upstairs condo

Cozy 3 bed property about 10-12 blocks from the beach. Owner was very responsive and eager to help. We traveled with our family (two daughters 10 and 12). PB may not have been the best choice for a family of four but that is not the fault of this VRBO. Incomplete research on the parents part ha. Having said that, the neighborhood was quiet and there was no trouble sleeping. Every neighbor we met was friendly. PB is just a party town in general compared to other areas. We took the mile walk to the beach and hit one of the many coffee and breakfast spots each day. Beach was amazing, House was very clean. Plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, other amenities. Beds were comfy. Parking was nice. Plenty of restaurants to walk to if you’re ok with a 10-15 minute walk. Overall nice spot in PB and we’ll always look back fondly on this trip and experience. Gratitude to the owners.
