You're less than 5 minutes from the main strip of town, yet the backyard is 99 acres of forest with trails leading to a beach of the White River. Between local music venues, indie coffee shops, and unique restaurants; you're sure to find your niche here!

This gorgeous townhome is the perfect location! Just minutes from the main strip of broad ripple, but sits right in front of 99-acres of the Marrot Woods. This property is designed for large groups. The home is disability friendly *NOT ADA compliant* with a walk in shower on the first floor and a pull out bed.

Step into your open concept spacious family room with a large TV and adjoining kitchen and dining room with booth seating. You'll find plenty of space for your family of 10 in this house!

Great location for our trip for the month of May! Owners were SUPER responsive and quick to resolve any issues. Rental was well stocked in case we forgot certain items in bathroom, kitchen, bedroom. Definitely will stay again during future Indy plans! Thank you for a wonderful, comfortable experience!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the rental. The place was charming and had fun decor. It was roomy in the main spaces for 9 people but the bedrooms were a little cramped. The main bedroom also has the twin beds in there which was funny but a little odd. The bathrooms were nice and we liked the available soaps for the showers. The price did go up before booking and I’m not sure if that was due to the host or the platform as I had messaged beforehand to ask about pricing. I liked that there were no chores to do at checkout compared to other rentals and that it was walking distance to Broad Ripple. It is a little hard to turn your car if going left and the stairs are creaky but those were minor details. Price is a little high, but it was a good place to stay at and the host was communicative.

Clean house and convenient location. Very loud traffic area - on College Ave (which is like a divided highway) and we would have known this if the address had been available. Very dark inside and weird bedroom arrangements ( largest room with king is shared with 2 twins).

The BEST Rental we have ever Booked. Property was Beautiful, Comfortable, Convenient and checked all the Boxes for our Family Stay. Host was Excellent! Always available and responded to any questions. Highly recommend this location and Host.

Stayed for baseball tournament

We stayed here with another family for a baseball tournament. Great location about 20 minutes from Grand Park. Super close to downtown Broad Ripple. We really appreciated having 3 full bathrooms and the owners were so great!

While the host made checking in very easy the property was very underwhelming. We understood it would be dark but it was so DINGY. None of my family felt comfortable with our shoes off there and the baseboards were filthy. They did an excellent job with providing a ton of clean towels....but thats it. At one point there was no salt and when we opened drawers to find supplies drawers would just fall and cabinet door would fall open constantly. The very little silverware we had was pretty disgusting. Id suggest bringing disposable- much better off. I passed on taking a shower in any of the bathrooms. Highlights included pubic hairs all over the floor and a long black curly hair on my cheap puillow. Ive stayed at far nicer motels for 1/3 of the price. It was pretty gross. Normally we take our time leaving but this is the kind of place you couldn't wait to leave. It says sleeps."8" it might (maybe) comfortably sleep 5? Maybe. Also there was no moving air - no ceiling or box fans just stale gross air. At one point my son opened the window for fresh air and so much dust/dead bugs etc fell into his eyes we had to wash out his eyes several times. Foul.The worst is that my sister in law is highly allergic to cats and when she arrived she was immediately sneezing and almost had to leave. Which didnt surprise me at all when i saw the property in person. They might want to have basic kitchen supplies like cutting.boards or non broken wine openers? Good spot for a 20yo party.

Hi Miss Kathryn. We're so sorry for your experience-it sounds like we really missed the mark on cleaning. We've forwarded your feedback to our housekeeping team for training! We do sleep 10 in this home since there are 6 beds in the home and all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. We have never had cats in the property so I think the Indiana pollen got to her. We appreciate any and all feedback, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
