This condo sits OCEANFRONT on the Sea Mountain Resort at Punalu'u Black Sand Beach. It is a spacious one-bedroom unit, fully furnished with laminate and ceramic tile floors throughout. The uniqueness of this Polynesian style condo with a modern flair is that it is a single floor plan, no stairs and a bonus being that it is an END UNIT with no one living above or below, which makes this property feel more like a house. There is so much to offer in this alluring tranquil space that is one of the largest units in the complex. It comes fully equipped with Refrigerator, Oven/Range, Dishwasher, Auto drip Coffeemaker, and Full size Washer/Dryer directly inside the unit for your convenience. Air conditioning is also available for an additional $10/day. Sit on your private lanai and enjoy an unobstructed view of the ocean!! Take a very short walk to the world famous Black Sand Beach with turtles nesting on the shore. Play golf or tennis at the adjoining facilities or hike and explore the nearby area. There are many other places that are a short drive away including: Volcano National Park, Parker Ranch, the Kohala Coast, Waipio Valley, the towns of Kona, Hilo or Waimea. Or just relax  on the lanai, by the pool, or sit in the hot tub at night and enjoy the stars. The world-famous Punalu'u Black Sand Beach (home of the protected Hawaiian green sea turtle), and the many historical sights which abound in the area, make this one of the most special places of Old Hawaii. Punalu’u Bake Shop located in Na’alehu features freshly made Sweet Bread which now ships globally, and can be sampled and enjoyed in your lunch sandwich while lounging in the gorgeously maintained grounds and gardens. Ka’u has some of the most isolated and untouched landscapes in all of Hawaii. The swimming water, fresh and salt, is warm and crystal clear, perfect for rejuvenating the body and soul. The island itself is the only place in the world that contains all 7 geographic climates.
