This bungalow was so relaxing and quiet. The location was perfect for us. We were in town for a graduation at UNCC. The home was just 10 minutes away. Access to highways, restaurants, and many other amenities. There was a great screened in porch as well. We had our dogs with us and they had plenty of room.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this very reasonably priced Vrbo in NC! The check-in and check-out process could not have been easier. The hosts were excellent from start to finish, especially when it came to communication. They were always quick to respond, kind, helpful, and made everything seamless. The house itself is beautiful, charming, cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location is private, quiet, and peaceful. It truly felt like a home away from home. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Charlotte area!

Great home!

We enjoyed our stay at the Grey Mist house! Everything was just as described! The front sitting porch was so nice! Firepit in the backyard was a plus! The owners were awesome. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a cute house. This is the first rental ive been in with so much light most owners try to keep it darker to hide blemishes or dirt. Very clean and warming. Only suggestion i would give is add a couple bowls for mixing in kitchen and have landscaper do rehab on outside. House is very deceiving from outside looks a little overgrown but great inside

Family time

The stay was very nice. This place is very cozy and beautiful. Our dog enjoyed the big back yard. There is a tv in every room which my boys loved very much. My family and I enjoyed our weekend there.

Great!!

First time in Charlotte for wedding anniversary trip, spent some time shopping and day in Carowinds. Very nice area, we LOVED the area. Close to near by convenience stors, shopping and amusements. Down town is a short distance away. I requested to have some roses and wine ready for my wife upon our arrival and they did it without a second thought! Pay was extremely reasonable. We will definitely be back. Enjoy your stay!

Festival getaway

We had an amazing time at this property. It’s well taken care off, accurate and the location is great between the speedway and uptown. It’s also not super close to neighbors which gives a better sense of privacy. Only thing to point out is the kitchen is pretty basic, we didn’t have oven mitts when baking stuff, no toaster, and very limited utensils. Other than that, it was a great stay!!
