This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house has been recently updated to provide guests a fresh and comfortable experience. The open kitchen features butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for meal preparation. After a day at the beach, take a refreshing dip in the private pool or enjoy the shade in a spacious sunroom with a kitchenette. Don’t leave your furry friend behind! “Seabreeze Escape” welcomes dogs, so bring your loyal companion along! *Please see our Pet Policy, which applies to all Pet-friendly homes and is strictly enforced.*

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and best private pool we ever had. Luxury linens was a bonus. This house fit our needs perfectly. We experienced a few minor problems that were handled promptly by Sea Star Realty. If we decide to come back to Garden City, we would stay here again.

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Good:-the fenced in back yard is great for dogs (there are holes in the fence so probably not good for little dogs). The pool is awesome and there is a great deck on the front of house.The BAD:-when we arrived the house was dirty and smelled. The rental agency was able to send someone out but it was around 9pm before we were able to get in the house. The furniture needs to upgraded- the upstairs couch sags in multiple places and the queen bed is uncomfortable and makes noise any time you move. The pillows on the upstairs couch were dirty. The UGLY: the bedding was gross, it looked like there were multiple pee stains on the bedding and pillows. The rental agency did send clean bedding out but we were grossed out having to change the bedding and felt someone should have thrown the old out before we arrived! There were areas in the house that looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time. There were bugs along the beds and on the floor in the downstairs bedrooms. The handrail for the stairs (behind couch) is not secure and if you used the opposite side for support the molding is not secure and will pinch your fingers. The table in the picture on the deck is rusty. The ceiling tile in the downstairs is in rough shape. We feel the pictures are misleading.This house has great potential but needs some TLC and upgrades.
