Siren's Song puts the pool and the sand right outside your door. Step off the deck to a pool shared by only 10 homes, with the beach just past the dunes. We've refreshed the furniture, and the house comes with fast fiber WiFi, Roku TVs in the bedrooms, and sheets and towels included with every stay. Bring the kids, the grandparents, and the dog. It's a quiet stretch of Garden City Beach, close to the piers, golf, and Marsh Walk dining.
Every level faces the ocean. Upstairs, both king suites open onto a shared balcony, which is where most guests end up with their morning coffee. Downstairs, the deck leads straight to the pool and the sand, so it's easy to keep an eye on the kids from the kitchen.
Sleeping works for big families and smaller groups alike: two king suites, a bunk room the kids will claim first, and a back bedroom with a full bed and a twin bunk that's great for a couple or older kids.
The living space has been refreshed with new furniture, so there's a comfortable spot for everyone after a day on the sand. Sheets and bath towels are dropped off before you arrive, so all that's left is to make up the beds when you settle in. Fast 500 Mbps fiber WiFi reaches every room, and every bedroom has a Roku TV for winding down at night. The kitchen is fully stocked, laundry is in the house, and the master suite has a desk for when work calls. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and boogie boards are ready to go, along with yoga mats, a Pilates kit, and starter supplies for the kitchen and bath.
The pool and beach path are shared by just 10 homes in Portofino I, so it rarely feels crowded. The pool is heated April through October and over Thanksgiving week.
Dogs: up to 2 are welcome at $75 per night, no deposit. The dunes are right there for early walks.
You'll have the entire house. Park up to 4 cars under the house and in the driveway, one behind the other. No pass needed. Bringing more? There's a free daytime public lot about 250 feet south.
