The house and rooms were clean and perfect for our business trip while four of us from our church attended a conference. The quiet neighborhood helped to make the stay restful. While not walking distance to shops, nothing was too far away. The host is very responsive and provided helpful and thoughtful touches in the house for our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will certainly try to do so again in the future.

Great location. It was perfect for getting together with family including a 93 year old mother for a family marriage. Backyard and porch was a great place for conversation.

Such a beautiful home and space for our group to all stay together for a friend’s wedding weekend. We loved how all four bedrooms had king size beds. The home had so much space for our group of 7 to spread out, whether that was around the tv in the living room or outside by the fire pit. The house was spotless and truly so comfortable!

If I could give 6 stars I would. This home was spotless and had everything we needed and then some! Debra went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The backyard was a highlight, as we sat by the firepit each evening. I highly recommend this house.

Amazing attention to detail

Debra was beyond helopfull and kind. Great communication and first class amenities as well as a guide to licsl attractions and shoping. HIGHLY Recommend renting from these folks!

Great location, extremely clean and plenty of room for the family.

Debra the owner provided excellent communication and all necessary details for an enjoyable stay. The property was extremely clean, a very nice back porch with comfortable seating for morning coffee, large rooms and plenty of seating for our family. The kitchen literally has everything you need and everything is Laney and tidy. The neighbor is quiet, safe and the perfect location for anyone visiting Wake Forest! I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect- Everything we needed, and nothing we didnt

We attending a wedding a few minutes away and there was plenty of room to stay, park and easy access to grocery shopping , the beautiful Joyner Park nearby and loafs of reataurants in Youngsville and Wake Forest. We'll be sharing this property info with our lical family members for their future use.

Wedding Event

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, very close to the wedding venue and featured 4 bedrooms with King Beds. We enjoyed the fire pit one night. The toilet seats are heated! Our hostess very responsive and very accommodating. It is .tucked into a cul de sac in a nice neighborhood. I would recommend staying here .

Our first VRBO experience and it won’t be our last. The Comfy Corner made our trip for our son’s wedding so much simpler.The house was clean and very well organized. The guidebook (electronic and hard copy) was very thorough and had helpful suggestions about the area. Our host was very communicative before and during our stay. Definitely made wedding preparations less stressful.
