Tracy's attention to details was so welcoming, from fire wood cut and stacked, to ice cream in the freezer. Her communication was excellent and every detail of this secluded little cabin in the aspens was great.

The property was clean and beautiful but needed a good cracks and crevice cleaning - there were cob webs, cloudy windows, and a few spiders. The kitchen had everything we needed - that is not always our experience with rentals, so that was a nice surprise! We will definitely stay again - the area is stunning and perfect for a get away!

The cabin was clean and reasonably stocked. We especially appreciated the comfortable linens on the bed, the supply of extra blankets, and fans for air circulation. The location on the lake was our favorite part. Drinking coffee on the deck or by the lake and catching glimpses of wildlife was the highlight of our low-key stay.

Very neat place to stay. Host was very helpful and communicated very well. The entire area lost power for about 24 hours and the host helped us by bringing water and candles. Our family had a great time during our stay. Highly recommend.

Great stay, just outside Leadville

Cabin was wonderfully kept and a great location outside of town. Met all my needs and then some. Would recommend for anyone coming to the are, had a whole second bedroom upstairs that I never used!!

This home was perfect for the four adults in our group. The home itself was very nice and well appointed with views of the lake below. Hiking was easily accessible and it was easy to travel to Leadville. We all enjoyed our stay.

Nice cozy cabin with lovely lake view that comfortably slept our 5 adults. Upstairs bathroom roof pitch is low for adults but would work great for kids.

As one of the closest vacation rentals to Ski Cooper, if not THE closest, this is the perfect mountain chalet to host your winter adventures and discover Lake County's little jewel of a ski resort. Next time you come, send me an email prior to arrival and I will give you some local's tips on the mountain and other activities available in the area!

Our goal was to stay a few days at a mountain cabin getaway, where the weather would be cool during the middle of the summer and a place where we could relax. This property certainly fit the bill. It was quiet, comfortable had everything we needed for simple cooking in the kitchen and on the grill. The bedrooms were also comfortable and the HVAC and plumbing all worked fine.
