This unit is a corner unit located on the first floor in Building I. The easy walk from the unit to the beach is approximately 5 minutes. There are sidewalks and ramp walkways. There are NO stairs.

There is a pool by the beach access walkover and there is one heated pool behind building J (approximately a 2-3 minute walk).

There are shuffleboards, tennis courts, grills, and a fitness room all available on the property to our guests.

The walk from the parking lot to the front door is 50 feet.

There are outside shower areas and restrooms located at both swimming pools.
