Located just 15 minutes North of Lake George and minutes from Gore Mountain. Lots of local attractions including:Gore Mountain 13 miles,Lake George 20 miles, Loon Lake beach 1 mile, Saratoga Race Track/Casino 50 miles, Lake Placid 60 miles , Schroon Lake 12 miles, Brant Lake 7 miles, Dynamite Hill Skiing 2 miles, Six Flags Great Escape 25 miles. This properties location will fit all your families needs with a short distance to local hiking trails, snowmobile trails, fishing spots, horseback riding, boating and more. The place was amazing and exactly how we hoped it would be. Plenty of room with a lot of places to sleep. Great private views. Host reached out several times to make sure we didn't need anything. Would highly recommend.

I can not say enough about this place! Amber was amazing throughout the entire process! And everything was as advertised! We loved everything about it! Also you never really need to leave the house with the pool, pond, hot tub & all the wild life :)

Amber was a wonderful host! Her property is stunning and was the perfect backdrop for our intimate wedding. She went above and beyond leading up to our stay to make sure we'd have everything we needed for a great stay. The house was perfect for the family who stayed the weekend with us and to host our small reception. Words can't express how beautiful this property is and how in awe we were of the views each morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need and there were more than enough towels and linens. You can tell just how much care has been put into every detail of this home. We would recommend this home to anyone!

Quick getaway

We were looking a short relaxing trip with a view, and got it. My boys enjoyed the pool and the pond. As a family, we were game for the competition of Foosball. We enjoyed a day of history at Fort William Henery. We would definitely recommend. Our host was amazing!

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time at this property. 10 adults, 3 kids and 1 dog fit perfectly. The quad queen bunkroom is amazing. The views are spectacular with an abundance of wildlife sightings. The pool is the bomb!! The owners of the property are quick to respond to any concerns or problems. Will definitely keep this home high on my properties to rent!!

Amazing!

The pictures do not do this property justice. It was peaceful and huge. We had so much space to explore- it has a beautiful pond with a beach front (perfect for kids to play). We had 3 different bon fires to choose from nightly. The house itself was well stocked with everything you could need and more. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here during mid July. My family consists of myself, my husband, our two daughters (ages 4 and 2), my mother, my brother and his girlfriend. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. We were able to see fireworks from down in town our first night directly from the porch. We spent many days just swimming in the pool and laying out on the lounge chairs. We also went fishing and explored the property. My daughters loved catching frogs and finding the wild turkey feathers (which were our main visitors daily, along with deer). We went into Bolton Landing one night for dinner and Lake George for shopping and more fireworks. Our last night was one of the more memorable nights. We had some s’mores by the fire and did lots of stargazing. We even got to see a couple shooting stars. Amber was extremely responsive, friendly and a wonderful host. We would love to go back one day and we definitely recommend staying here!

Heaven

This place is just amazing! I have stayed at 40+ properties since moving here, and this is in my top three. The property is huge, the pond could host a hockey game, the views were unobstructed and just beautiful. The frosted trees as the sun came up were magical! Turkey and deer were often on the property, and we could hear so many of the night creatures and birds. We never heard or saw any other people, and I really like that. Our host was so attentive and responsive, and the check-in and check-out seamless. The house itself was quite large, the kitchen had EVERYTHING, which was great because we love to cook. Furnishings were well-appointed, and it was so beautifully decorated for Christmas. The beds were super comfy, there are LOTS of windows and natural light, plenty of parking and they had even put out paw-friendly snow melt. It is obvious the owners take pride in this gem of a place; it’s just lovely! We booked a week to come back in the summer we are so enamored!
