Hi Shannon, thank you for your excellent review and compliments in regard to the property condition. Navigating unknown condo communities in the dark is certainly challenging. Ocean Edge does not provide assigned parking for each condo and you are absolutely correct that cell phone service can be an issue in various parts of the Cape.

Thank you for the feedback. As this is the first time receiving a complaint, we immediately had the unit checked for mold, and were assured there was none present. We have also discussed this with our cleaning crew to make sure to go through all kitchen cabinets and drawers prior to check-in. We do keep the guest room closet stocked with games and ‘extras’ like beach chairs and umbrellas which may have added to the ‘clutter’. There are always a variety of books in the living room console which guests have enjoyed. There is also a broom available for guest use in the closet under the stairs and we will make sure to make it clear for future guests. We discovered the floor board issue just this season as it only occurs during high temps and as such, it will be repaired this fall. We understand everyone’s personal preference for mattress firmness is different. We unfortunately cannot accommodate all individual tastes nonetheless this mattress was replaced two years ago and is a high end Posturepedic mattress with no previous complaints. We are always open to feedback and have taken corrective action where possible. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay.
