Venez et profitez de ce cap Ranch à tout moment de l'année! La maison se trouve dans un quartier calme qui occupe une position clé sur le Cap. Allez dans n'importe quelle direction et vous trouverez des plages d'eau salée, des étangs d'eau douce, des tourbières aux canneberges et de belles villes anciennes. À moins de 2 milles de la maison, l'épicerie, le carburant, la banque et d'autres nécessités s'arrêtent.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bain complète. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size, une troisième chambre a des lits superposés pour les enfants et il y a un pack et jouer. Il y a une deuxième salle de bain complète avec laveuse et sécheuse. Un service de linge est fourni parce que nous pensons que lorsqu'un invité vient pour rester, il ne devrait pas avoir à voyager avec des draps et des serviettes, nous vous en fournissons pour rendre votre séjour plus facile et plus confortable. Le coût du service de linge est reflété dans nos frais de nettoyage. Hors de la salle à manger est un grand porche filtré pour profiter et une plate-forme latérale pour la cuisson. Les autres commodités incluent un téléviseur à écran plat 40 pouces, internet et AC central.

Près de Harwich est Red River Beach ou diriger vers Chatham vers South Beach où vous pouvez voir le Phare de Chatham. Hardings Beach & Ridgevale Beach se trouvent également à proximité de Chatham.

The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed to cook simple meals. The neighborhood was conveniently located to all we like to do on the Cape. We appreciated having sufficient clean linens for our stay. Melissa was very responsive to all my questions. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely family home

We found this property to be pretty central to all Cape activities and it was perfect for our family of 5. Linens were a definite plus! Overall we loved our stay and would 100% stay in this home again.

Great place to stay

The house worked out great for us as we were in town for some striper fishing. The location was very convenient being just a bit off the highway. Grocery store was also only a few minutes away. The outdoor grill was very convenient as well. The inside of the house was clean and provided enough sleeping space for 5 men. If back in the area again, I would stay here.

We were looking for a house in the vicinity of a wedding we were attending with space for us and our friends to relax. This house was perfect. It was clean, airy, well appointed, and stocked with the basics we needed to prepare breakfast, which we enjoyed on the porch every day. It was located in a quiet neighborhood that was a short drive to the venue, to shops, to ice cream, and to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Melissa, our host, was helpful and responsive. We are already hoping to visit again next summer.

Cape Cod Comfortable House Was Just Right

We were looking for a central location in a quiet neighborhood in Cape Cod, and this rental filled the bill. We appreciated the kitchen that had all the dishes and utensils that you would need. The linen service was great with plenty of towels. Communication was timely and clear. Easily reached all sites from this location.

The property was as advertised. However, we did have a glitch, checking in, as the batteries in the front door prevented us from using the code. A neighbor came to our assistance, and after about an hour we got into the house. The owner was very responsive and helped us figure out the problem. This house was clean and ready, but know that you will have to put linens on the beds, (new to us) and supply some of your own paper products, and shower gel/soap/shampoo. Harwich is charming, but there is driving involved to tour the Cape.

Comfortable and well-equipped

We enjoyed staying at this home as it was comfortable and well-equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the screened porch and the layout of the house makes it feel larger than it is. It is a great house for 2 couples and 2 kids, but the bunk beds are not great for adults or tall teens. The array of beach supplies was wonderful and is great when coming from out of town. We also appreciated having linens supplied. We were surprised to see that 2/3 of the outdoor grill surface was covered with rust, but I guess that will be taken care of in the future. The house was clean, but the area rugs could have used a cleaning. The host was very responsive with a few other issues we had. Also, renters should be aware that although paper products are supplied, there is really just a starter set and not enough for a week, let alone the two weeks we rented. Despite concerns mentioned above, we were pleased overall with the property and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
