Our home is perfect for reconnecting with family or friends. Located mid island on Burton Hill, our 4,890 sq ft home is just minutes from Vashon's downtown and about 20 minutes from ferries to either Seattle or Tacoma. With multiple living areas, 4 spacious bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds), 3 full baths, an outdoor shower, and 2 pull-out sofas, it comfortably sleeps 12.

Great Room: The great room boasts vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and stunning views. It features deep-seated sectionals, a large TV, a fireplace, and a high-end stereo system. Enjoy our puzzles, board games, and musical instruments, including a piano and drums. We also have 2 kayaks and an outdoor ping pong table for your use.

Sprawling Deck for Outdoor Living: Our outdoor sanctuary features a wraparound 1,000+ sq ft multi-level deck with views of Quartermaster Harbor, Puget Sound, and the Cascade Mountains. The Brazilian hard wood deck is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy alfresco dining with a grill and shaded dining area. Lounge in comfort as you take in the view or soak in the jacuzzi. The deck seamlessly transitions into a beautifully landscaped garden, offering privacy and stunning views.

Kitchen: This gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, and ample counter space. It includes a double-door refrigerator, a well-aged Viking six-burner gas stove, and quiet dishwasher. The large island doubles as a breakfast bar. Natural light floods the space, creating a warm atmosphere. The walk-in pantry offers additional storage.

Daylight Basement: The downstairs area offers fitness, recreation, and relaxation. The workout room includes free weights, weight-lifting equipment, a treadmill, yoga mats, and a TV. The main area includes a sitting area perfect for movie nights with a large TV & surround sound, a game room with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, and darts. A well-equipped work desk is ideal for remote work. The outdoor patio offers yard access and the same amazing views.

Master Bedroom Oasis: The master suite is a spacious escape with natural light, vaulted ceilings, and skylights. It features a king-sized bed, luxurious linens, and a seating area. The in-suite bathroom has a deep jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.

Bedroom #2: This spacious room features a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, and direct access to the private deck and jacuzzi. The rustic wooden ceiling beams add warmth, and its large windows offer stunning views. It includes a desk, chair, and small couch.

Bedroom #3: This room has a queen-sized bed, high vaulted ceilings, and a large window. Neutral-toned linens and curtains create a tranquil atmosphere.

Loft Bedroom #4: Located on the top floor and open to the Great Room, this bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a queen-sized bed, a desk, and a private balcony overlooking the front yard. It also has its own full bathroom.

Yard: The private 3-acre yard features a small orchard, including apple, pear, and cherry trees, and a flower garden with roses, hydrangeas, rhododendrons, and azaleas. A fire pit adds warmth and ambiance. Enjoy playing ping pong, cornhole, and badminton in the large grassy yard. With breathtaking views, multiple indoor dining areas, including the kitchen table and island bar that seats 12, the dining room table that seats 5, and multiple outdoor dining areas including the back deck with 3 tables that seat 16 people, and 2 large indoor sitting areas including the Great Room which seats 12 and the spacious daylight basement, there is ample space for everyone to relax, unwind, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
