Welcome to 2680 Gnarled Pine, nestled on a quiet, private street. Less than 1/2 mile to the Seabrook Island Beach Club, the hub of the island! This stunning 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom retreat offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, designed to provide an unforgettable stay for families, friends, or groups. With wood floors throughout, ceiling fans in every room, and an abundance of natural light, this home promises a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere.
The large front porch is your first welcome point to this home. Rocking chairs beg for you to sit and sip your morning coffee. Watch the deer stroll by and listen to the waves wash ashore in the distance. Enter this beauty through the glass front door and find yourself waiting on the border of paradise. Leave the stress of the world outside and let vacation vibes wash over you. The main floor is the perfect gathering spot for everyone. A large great room has a sectional sofa and multiple chairs. The room has a 75" wall-mounted Smart TV. Two doors lead out to the pool deck. The dining area sits between the living area and the kitchen. Ten people sit comfortably around the large dining table. Be stunned with the gourmet kitchen. You will notice the attention to detail beginning with the custom cabinets and beautiful hardware. A gas Thermador 6 burner range, with pasta pot faucet, awaits the pickiest of chefs. Meal prep at the over-sized quartz topped kitchen island. Off the kitchen is the pantry/laundry room. Plenty of custom cabinets and storage areas are in this space. There is also a second refrigerator. Laundry is never a chore in this room. Enjoy the full size stacked washer and dryer. A powder half bath is off the front entry.
Step through either of the two French doors located in both the living and dining areas, out to the screened porch. The exterior living of this home is just as amazing as the interior. You will find a living and dining space on the screen porch. Hang out and watch the 65" Smart TV or dine al fresco at the table for ten. Notice the "haint blue" ship-lapped ceiling. Stay cool under one of the three ceiling fans. There is a propane grill on the screen porch. A door off the screen porch, as well as doors in the Great Room, take you out to the pool deck. Splash in the home's private pool or relax on one of the deck's chaise lounges. Just imagine the fun you will have with family and friends! 10:00 PM CURFEW FOR POOL USAGE.
The primary owner's suite is on the first floor. This bedroom has a California King size bed, where you will sleep blissfully on the "heavenly" mattress - just like at Westin Hotels! A work desk and reading chair compliment this room, as does the wall-mounted 65" TV. A large walk-in closet is available to you. Double doors off the bedroom take you into the spa bath. Two large chandeliers hang in this room. Soak in the garden tub or step into the tiled shower with multiple faucet/ shower heads. Two vanity areas give ample space for each person.
Upstairs are 3 guest rooms, each with a 55"wall-mounted Google Smart TV, and their own private baths with walk-in showers. Two of the guest bedrooms have king beds and the third has two twin beds. No worries if travelling with kids. This home gives them their own private space and it is outstanding! An upstairs Kid's Den has an 85" wall-mounted Google TV, a queen sofa sleeper, and two sets of built in bunk beds sleeping a total of four. The kids will love climbing the ladder to the top bunks! Test your skills on the NBA Space Jam arcade game. The bathroom for this room has a tub/shower combo.
The lower level garage is climate controlled. A Universal Electric Vehicle charger is available (additional fee applies). Wash off those sandy beach bodies in the outdoor shower. Depending on the weather, the pool can be heated or cooled for an additional, non-refundable fee of $500: 24 hours advance notice required. Comfortable pool heat temperature is not guaranteed.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass As of 5/1/25: Each rental property is permitted a maximum of four (4) total gate passes. This includes passes for both cars and Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Please note that the total number of passes cannot exceed four, regardless of the type of vehicle, per Town of Seabrook.

Gorgeous beach house with beautiful pool
We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated perfectly laid out home just a short bike ride to the beach and beach pool. We loved the layout of this home and that each bedroom had its own full bath. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation
After coming to Seabrook Island as a child it was SO fun to return with my husband and 3 kiddos. The house was absolutely AMAZING! Our highlight was swimming in the pool. The kitchen was incredible. I cannot wait to return!!!

Great house. Fabulous kitchen, great pool, and we loved the screened-in porch. Place was clean, and had everything we needed. Kids had fun with all the games in the basement (ping pong, basketball, etc.). My husband and I had four teenage girls with us, and this place was perfect for us. Four bedrooms (including a bunk room) upstairs with a TV “hang out” room, and then a huge master, kitchen/living area downstairs. The girls could bike everywhere. We have been coming to Seabrook for 20 years, and this is the best house we have stayed in. We had a wonderful time!
