With a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, this newly constructed 1900 square foot, four bedroom, three bath condo on Orange Beach is perfect for your next vacation. Located on the west side of a 20-unit condominium with only two units per floor, this unit gives you a a memorable view of the beach for miles from the private wraparound balcony.

This spacious condo is perfect for large families, with an inviting living room that opens up to the balcony with seating to enjoy your morning coffee while you watch for dolphins before a day at the beach and then ending the day with a peaceful sunset view.

The kitchen is outfitted with custom cabinetry, white quartz countertops, stainless steel
appliances and fully stocked with cookware for your stay.

For your convenience, this includes a
full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area with tile flooring throughout the entire condo.

Perdido Dunes Tower offers many amenities, including a dune walkover to the beach, an
outdoor pool, top floor fitness center, Wi-Fi throughout the tower and a dedicated parking spot and guest parking.

With fishing at Alabama Point, marinas nearby and restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance, this is the perfect location to hear the waves and walk the white, sandy beaches for your next getaway.

Unit is accessed by keyless entry. Key code will be provided three days prior to arrival.

There is one assigned parking space per condo unit number and one guest parking space per condo unit on a first-come-first-serve basis, as available. **Maximum of TWO parking spaces per condo unit allowed at any time.**

One parking tag is included in the rental. If an additional parking tag is needed, please notify the host for instructions on how to purchase an additional parking tag. Parking tags are $30 each.

Beautiful condo with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Condo is nicely decorated, but still feels comfortable. Nice mattresses and a great AC. It has a very large balcony with excellent views. The building is a good size and the elevator was easy to use (never had a long wait to use). We rented chairs right infront of the building, so it was easy to go back and forth from beach to condo. The pool at this condo is small and not beach front, so that would be my only complaint.

Bedsheets in the master had to be removed because they were sour and smelled awful you couldn’t tolerate to sleep on themWe thoroughly enjoyed the location however attention to detail of things was lacking such as:Kitchen trashcan was the size you use under a desk in an office and not what is neededThe only broom we could find was the size of something you would use in a kindergartners Playhouse it was for a childThe parking is chaos and problematic even if you have an assigned parking spot you could never feel assured that it’s going to be available if you leave and come back we had to call security twice just to get our parking spot even though we paid for parking passesThe host was very responsive and we loved the location but I would not book again for the lack of attention to detail

While the parking is out of our control, you mentioned a few other things we will review as we never want our guests to leave and not consider returning in the future. It would have been helpful to be made aware about the sheets upon arrival, so our cleaning service could have addressed. Great for our friends they enjoyed it very much.

Most friends came to enjoy the beach and have a good time. We usually get together every year around this time. Was very spacious and clean. The only thing I could say is it needs a pool on site (maybe in the front ) next to the building. The pool in the back we couldn’t use, too small.

This condo is beautiful! On the 9th floor so we could see so much! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Condo was clean when we arrived. Keypad to enter was nice instead of having to share a key with multiple people. The pool was a bit small but we made it work- spent most of our time on the beach. You can rent chairs/umbrella on the beach. If I had one request it would be to put better mattresses on all the beds. They were not comfortable at all. Needs a more plush mattress. Overall, we had such a wonderful time here- would definitely recommend staying here and we may even be back next year!
