We’re very sorry to hear that the shower pressure made it difficult to wash your hair before your event—that’s certainly not the experience we want our guests to have. We’ll be taking a closer look at the shower to see if there’s anything that can be improved. We also appreciate you mentioning the fragrance devices and the electronics near the bed. We understand how sensitivities to fragrances can impact comfort, and we’ll review the placement and use of those items as well as the setup by the bedside to help minimize noise and make outlets more accessible for guests.
