The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across two levels to provide rest and comfort for all guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a spacious sitting room, a private balcony overlooking the courtyard, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. Down the hall, the second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a dedicated workspace, and a full bathroom with a tub-shower combination across the hall. Making your way to the third bedroom, this charming loft features a skylight, a king bed, and plenty of space to ensure privacy and relaxation.

Beautiful house. Great location. Splash pool was amazing. You also get one off street parking space in the lane behind the house. My only issue were all the stairs. You had to climb a flight of stairs to get up to the main floor and another flight of stairs to get to the two main bedrooms. A third bedroom was up another flight of stairs above the two main bedrooms. Carrying the luggage up and down the stairs was a pain. If you are older and have mobility issues this isn’t the house for you. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay and a great place for larger families looking to spread out a bit. My favorite spot was the porch off the kitchen. One morning the weather was cool and it was heaven sitting there enjoying the breezes and sunshine.

Great Home for a Workcation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I decided to take a working trip down to Savannah, our favorite getaway spot. We typically prefer to stay north of Oglethorpe so we can be closer to the restaurants, shopping and activities near River Street, however this time we stayed south of Oglethorpe and found the home was situated nicely amongst other residence. This aloud for quiet evenings with very few tourists and loud noises during the day, we also experienced a quieter than average outside distractions. it was also very convenient to have a small pool in the courtyard for us to take a dip and cool off on those warm summer nights. Inside the home was very spacious with plenty of room for us to work and take different meetings without being right on top of each other. The kitchen and bathroom were updated nicely and had plenty of appliances and servingware to use on a daily basis. The only drawback is that the walkable food and shops selection is limited, but that factor did minimize exterior sounds and distractions.

Very Nice House and Location

Stayed at the home over the Labor Day weekend with wife and adult children. Bedrooms were large, kitchen, has wine frig in addition to regular frig, and all the right utensils & pans to cook meals. Neighborhood was quiet, walking distance to river street and other attractions. Would stay again.

Girls Weekend!

We loved our time at this property! It was close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away for noise to not be an issue! The outdoor living spaces were charming and relaxing with plenty of seating. Inside was just as wonderful with Savannah charm and comfy sleeping arrangements. Parking was never an issue. We had 2 vehicles and utilized the included parking spot and free street parking. Would definitely book this home again!

Happy at Troup Square

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved the property and would stay there again. A few thoughts on ways to improve. First, this had nothing to do with the property itself but upon arrival, a collection of towels and sheets (presumably used from prior guests) was sitting on the bench on the front porch entryway. Although I alerted Lucky Savannah, it was never picked up, so somewhat offputting. Second, when I've stayed at a VRBO location the kitchen has usually been stocked with some basics like salt, pepper and sugar (for coffee) as well as extra garbage bags. None here for whatever reason. These both were very minor issues in the grand scheme of things and they did not detract from an overall wonderful experience. Just thought I would note them for the future.
