Surplombant la place Oglethorpe, le studio moderne d'une pièce peut accueillir confortablement deux personnes. Le studio est situé dans le Graham Building. Construit en 1924 par Mme Graham, le bâtiment servait à l'origine de logement pour les femmes immigrant aux États-Unis depuis l'Angleterre. Le Graham Building a un caractère historique unique tout en offrant des équipements modernes.

Cette unité moderne a été décorée avec goût avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour rendre votre séjour agréable. La cuisine efficace comprend de superbes armoires teintes de cerisier, un comptoir à surface dure, des éclaboussures de carrelage et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Les planchers de bois franc améliorés complètent le cadre de lit classique en fer forgé. La salle de bain a une cabine de douche carrelée et un lavabo sur colonne. Le lit queen confortable, le bureau, la chaise en cuir avec lampe de lecture et la télévision à écran plat vous offrent tout le confort de la maison. Des portes françaises s'ouvrent sur le balcon pour une vue imprenable sur la place Oglethorpe. La table et les chaises du balcon couvert constituent l'endroit idéal pour prendre un café le matin.

Situé à côté de la tristement célèbre maison Owens-Thomas au coin des rues Abercorn et State, vous serez à quelques pas des restaurants, des boutiques, des spas, des musées, des théâtres, des églises, du marché de la ville et de River Street. Prenez le traversier River Street pour traverser la rivière jusqu'à l'île Hutchinson où vous trouverez un golf immaculé.

Great loaction. 2 blocks from River St. Excellently appointed. They thought of everything and it was there. Super clean. Easy to get in and out of. It is a 3rd floor walk up in a 102 year old building so you get your steps in. The view or Oglethorpe Square was a knockout. The weather was good so we sat on the porch most mornings and afternoons and watched the world go by. It was great. Nicely appointed with everything, Bed was very comfy, towels were great. Plenty of manneuvering room in the studio part. The bathroom was compact but very functional. Everything looked pretty new. Shower worked great. AC was good. Very well done. Parking was very close and not a huge issue and not too expensive(City of Savannah needs to fix their elevator). Charming, charming, charming-would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Just as pictured. Walk everywhere in the historic district. Parking on the street was not easy to find. Suggest not buying a street parking pass and just use the parking garage nearby. Loved the old building. So perfect for a Savannah experience.

Cannot beat the location and the unit is in great shape with just about everything you could possibly need, other than a microwave. Bed is comfy and everything is in working order, building is quiet.We stayed for 8 nights and had an amazing time in clearly one of the most beautiful cities in America, and it's on full display the moment you walk out of the building and see Oglethorpe Square. Whether you want the full tourist experience of the river district or just want to walk through beautiful square after beautiful square on your way to Forsyth Park, the unit is ideally located.Due to the holiday we got very lucky with a free parking spot several blocks away but otherwise you will have to pay for daily parking via apps or use the nearby garage. Highly recommend Municipal Bar just around the corner, Common Restaurant for weekday happy hours, Peregrin rooftop, all within a couple blocks, with so much more to choose from. We will be back!

Best place and host ever!!

This was the best location in historic Savannah. We walked all over from north to south and then east west. I recommend this host, unit and location 100%. The apartment is so adorable, clean and efficient. There is everything there that you would need.

This studio is perfect for two people. It was very clean and in a great location for walking within the historic district. We loved the balcony overlooking Oglethorpe Square! We would definitely stay here again if returning to Savanna.

Room was very conveniently located right within walking distance of everything! Very comfortable room and bed! Parking was a small issue but not terrible. It was frustrating to have to pay to park every day but the 2 day pass was handy. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Doesn't get any better than this in Historic Savannah!

This was our first visit to Savannah and we wanted to stay somewhere in the heart of it all. We just loved the location (we could walk to every location on our list), the decor was modern without feeling out of place and all the details made it the perfect place. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace looking over the square, we felt a little like locals for a few days. And the communication and accommodations for our crazy schedule were really appreciated. Jason was amazing! Highly recommend this spot for your next visit to Savannah.

Best spot for St Patrick's day parade

We came for the St Patrick's day celebration and this apartment was perfect. It was close to everything. We didn't move our car the entire weekend, just walked everywhere. The weather on St Patrick's Day was overcast and rainy but with the covered balcony we were able to watch the parade without leaving our room. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Get-Away for us. Walking distance to all.

This is a great Studio for two. It has everything you need for comfort and convenience. The kitchen is well equipped - all you need to bring is your food and beverages. Provided bottled water in the frig. and snacks on the table was a nice plus. Very comfortable bed, plush linens and towels were a big plus. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't move it until we departed - we walked everywhere! We enjoyed watching the horse and buggies, tour buses and activities in the Square from the great Balcony with table and chairs - what a treat!! We highly recommend this Studio for your next stay in Savannah.
