Everything about this property was wonderful! Clean, comfortable, provided everything you may need. Easy walking to the French Quarter/Bourbon Street. Air conditioner worked fantastic which is always nice. Communication was great and the check in/check out process was seamless. We can’t wait to come back and look forward to staying again. Great house! Easy check in and check out and the host was accessible! Wear your walking shoes because it’s a bit of a walk to get to Jackson Square, but doable. Easy to Uber to and from also! We would stay here again!

Very nice property that was full of modern amenities to make the stay comfortable and convenient. It was very close to the French Quarter, City Park, and many great restaurants and shops. I felt safe in the neighborhood no matter the time of day during my stay. Quick and easy communication with the host was a huge help and made the process easy.

This lovely, restored house was exactly what our group of friends needed for our stayin New Orleans for Jazz Fest. The property was within walking distance of the fairgrounds, and convenient to several breakfast/lunch places. The accommodationswere spotless, and having a bathroom for each bedroom was great. It was exactlyas represented on the VRBO website and the host was readily available. We did not use the kitchen but it was very well stocked. This home will definitely be on our radar for our next visit to New Orleans.

Nakia was an excellent host! This home could not be more centrally located to the French Quarter, French Market, Garden District. We were no more than 10 minutes from any tour we took. The spacious three bedrooms each had their own private bathroom with a 1/5 bath off the kitchen. I highly recommend this home to rent if you are visiting NOLA. It is clean, comfortable and very accommodating.

From the beginning, Nakia was very easy to communicate with, very responsive to all of our questions! When we arrived, check in was a breeze and the house is beautiful! We enjoyed the **free** parking and the location was perfect! Everything seemed very safe around us and we were able to walk wherever we wanted. We hopefully can book again soon!
