La zone Palm Coast, niché entre Saint- Augustine et Daytona Beach, a beaucoup de choses à faire et à proximité de nombreuses attractions de la région. Vous pouvez amarrer votre bateau au Palm Coast Marina ou jouer une ronde de golf sur le parcours voisin de Palm Harbor 2 miles. Vous êtes à seulement 3. 5 miles de la plage Jungle Hut où l'observation surf, la pêche et la baleine peut occuper votre temps avec les autres attractions locales. Host was very welcoming and communicated with us a lot. Wish the back deck was available and bigger, but we knew that from reading reviews. Towels, entry rug and bed set could use updating.

Very Comfortable Stay

We stayed here for two months while we were preparing to sell our house in Flagler Beach. It was a nice quiet neighbourhood, convenient to stores, walking/biking trails and anything else one might need. Enjoyable stay!

Exactly what we needed

The house was everything we were looking for. Plenty of space, away from beach traffic but close to the beach, we didn't need anything but food. Plenty of dishes, wash cloths and towels, washer and dryer! The owner provided easy and clear instructions and was in contact to make sure we made it in!

Couldn't be better!!

The property was just as described and very nice. We were very comfortable. The communication with the owner was prompt. Location was great with regard to beaches, dining or shopping. Neighborhood was a safe environment. One evening we accidentally left the back of our van up and open with rollerblades and all sorts of things in it and when we discovered it the next morning, everything was still there. We felt very blessed to stay there and hope to again.

Short stay

Dirty, dusty & moldy. The place would have been fine but it needs some TLC desperately. The owner easily refunded our $ but all the fees, taxes & VRBO charges were not refunded.

Absolutely amazing!!

The duplex is beautiful inside and out! The neighborhood that it is located in is just as amazing. You can drive through the neighborhood and see some gorgeous homes as well as all of the canals. The duplex has literally everything you need! We bought groceries and cooked several meals and not once did we run into an issue where we didn't have something to cook with. St. Augustine is only a 30 minute (give or take) drive away, so if you want to see downtown St. Augustine or go to those beaches it's not a bad drive at all. I am absolutely impressed with this duplex and plan to make another trip and stay here again! Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

Yikes!

It's an old place and not well kept up. Outside was shoddy looking, full of weeds, not like the picture- shoddy inside, too. Dirty kitchen - ants, etc.. Wouldn't consider cooking in there. We knew as soon as we pulled into the driveway that this was not what we were expecting based on the listing.

30th Wedding Anniversary stay was a success!

Joe was very accommodating and responded almost immediately to all communications, even when I texted him at 10:30 PM. Very easy to work with. The house was spotless. My wife is very particular and even brings her own towels, cups, and pillows as she is a germophobe. No problems with this house, everything was clean as a pin so she was happy to use the house towels, pillows, and dishware. The house is well stocked with cleaning supplies, shampoo and conditioner, and even body wash so we didn't have to bring anything. Any future trips to the St. Augustine / Palm Coast area we will definitely hope to book this house again. NO PROBLEMS! My wife says "highly recommended". I agree. Jim & Ellie

I have spent April in Palm Coast the last several years and this is the first time that I rented a part of a house versus a condo. This property is roomy and in a good location but there is not a good outdoor space to hang out in. Also no pool. I missed the outdoor space so back to condos for me.

Clean, quiet and great location

Excellent communication with Joseph, very easy check in. Unit is very clean and close to a Publix, Starbucks and plenty of shopping, restaurants and beaches. Very comfortable king bed with 2 full baths. Neighborhood was very quiet. Highly recommended this property.

Great rental

We totaly enjoy our stay! Great location, perfect rental with all amenities required for our vacation. Unfortunatly, because of the Covid-19 we had to leave before. Joe, the owner, has been great and did a refund . We recommand this rental 100%.

Pretty much perfect

A duplex with abundant room - excellent value - close to everything in Palm Coast!

Exceeded our expectations! The duplex was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen appliances, especially the newer microwave oven worked very well . There are ample dishes, pots - pans and flatware. The bedrooms and furniture are clean and comfortable. Abundant kitchen and cleaning supplies, paper towels, napkins, TP, - didn't need to buy any household paper goods. During our leisure time, the electronics, cable TV and Wi-fi, definitely provided adequate entertainment. We needed to extend our stay, Joe, the owner was very responsive, accommodating, and generous with terms. Excellent value and would return in the future!
