Stunning and peaceful vacation home. ideal for relaxing or private family / friends get together. 3 bedrooms, can sleep 6 guests. Welcome basket with some goodies on arrival . Unbelievable lake views with private fishing dock ,bring your fishing rods , ideally located for privacy from neighbors but please respect noise levels .Enjoy our 40ft heated ( minimal extra fee to heat ) lap pool for exercise , floating around, pool volleyball or how about aqua aerobics. Fully screened in lanai so no bugs ! Huge gas grill , modern fire pit for colder nights. 4 outdoor patio fans to keep you cool during the summer months. All day sunshine for lots of sunbathing around the pool. Modern interior ( don’tworry about the white sofa as there are lots of throws and it cleans really easily , extremely durable) with open plan set up for all the family to be together which opens up with double glass patio doors to the outside area. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need , Nespresso coffee machine, kureg and filter coffee appliances. 2 car garage with remote control access. The whole house is extremely light and inviting . Ideally located , 6 minutes drive to Starbucks, target, Ross, TJ Max, Publix , movie theatre, dog parks and lots of restaurants. Near by golf course and 20 minutes drive to the most gorgeous Flagler beach full of bars and restaurants or 22 minutes drive to Ormond by the sea which is a quieter beach, 25 minutes drive to the famous Daytona beach, 1 hour , 30 minutes to Orlando Disney World, St Augustine only 50 minutes drive away. Feel free to use our beach chairs, umbrella, ice box to take with you for beach days. 4 bicycles in the garage to go on the nearby bike trails. Pool and beach towels supplied. , high speed Wi-Fi . All USA sports channels , movie channels , international channels and every news channel. Please contact the owner for any special requirements and we'll try our best to accommodate to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the zen of listening to the coastal birds. Very quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The lanai offers a great place to hangout and disconnect. Truly enjoyed our week. Leyla was a great host and very attentive.

Pictures do not do this home justice, it is beautiful! Check in was easy and the host even allowed use to check in early. The host made sure we had everything we needed and that we settled in alright. Communication was great. This home is truly a home away from home. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was amazing. We will be back!

Beautiful home!Our family has been coming to Palm Coast for vacations for about 5 years now and this is by far the best house and best host we’ve ever had! House, pool, dock, yard were all clean and ready for us. Leyla let us check in early since we drove all night and got there before check in. Tv is every bedroom, comfortable beds and super big comfy couch. The master suite is huge! Kitchen is stocked. We will certainly be staying here again! Leyla will bend over backwards for anything you need. She is the sweetest and quick to respond! Our kids loved fishing off the dock and swimming all week. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Layla’s Palm Coast property! From start to finish, Layla was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She responded quickly to all our questions and was incredibly kind and generous. When we arrived, we were delighted to find a beautiful welcome basket with wine and thoughtful treats!…such a lovely touch! The home itself was comfortable, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. We loved the quiet atmosphere. The view from the pool looking out to the beautiful lakeWe would highly recommend this VRBO and would happily stay here again!

The house location and surrounding area would have been ideal for a vacationUnfortunately, we encountered a few issues on our check in day and were unable to stay for our week of vacationWe found the house to be less than desirable due to the animal odor. The home needs to be professionally cleaned. The home itself is a very nice home.The pool needs to be power washed and the patio furniture needs cleaned. The backyard dock is also not as pictured. The dock railings are not in placeIt was decided between the host and I that we could not stay there and we left the property.

Dear Michelle , I was shocked at your response upon arriving at our vacation home as we have never encountered unhappy guests. We had just recently had a storm so the one fallen dock fence was unfortunate but could have been fixed in the morning. I had an independent property manager visit the home after your departure and they confirmed they could not detect any dog odor . The home is professionally cleaned after every guest departure and as you can see from all the previous reviews there has never been any complaints. As for the pool patio area it was immediately power washed after the storm. We wish you and your family well. Leyla Lovelace
