Welcome to our Mountain Villa 379A, literally located next to the Boyne Mountain Resort! Perfect for your Northern Michigan Getaway!
Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo features a full kitchen and the following accommodations:

Bedrooms - King Bed, King Bed and Two Queen Beds
(3) Full Bathrooms
We are able to accommodate up to 8 guests!
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
Looking for a Day Trip? Visit Mackinac Island or Sleeping Bear Dunes. These are just a few options during your visit in Northern Michigan!

We had a wonderful stay. Communication was excellent and all check-in/checkout instructions were clearly provided. The location can’t be beat — so close to the facilities and the lifts!

Great Ski Condo with an Amazing Location

You really can’t beat this location. It’s a short walk to the main lift. Also a short walk to the waterpark. Three large bedrooms fit our family very easily.

Perfect stay

Had an awesome stay at this condo. The place was super clean, rooms were spacious and the amenities were great and exactly how they were described on listing. The owner was very helpful with check-in instructions. Walking distance to skiing slopes, Avalanche waterpark and Skybridge. Definitely recommend to friends and families.

Perfect Condo for a fall get away

This condo was absolutely perfect. We went up to Boyne to see the fall colors and go on the sky bridge. The location was perfect, the closest you could get to Boyne Mountain resort and the chair lift up to the sky bridge. The condo was very clean and perfect for three couples.

Great location and clean place to stay. Company who runs the rental is not in tune with what is going on at the complex. We specifically booked this one for the pool which ended up being closed for the summer and the Northern Michigan Escapes had no idea it was closed.

Family Fun

This property is in the heart of the Boyne Mountain complex. Very roomy, updated condo! Pool for kids and Avalanche Bay water park right out the back door. Close to all other activities. Would recommend to my friends. That’s probably the best compliment I can give. Only thing missing was laundry.

We liked the fireplace, and the ease of access to Boyne. Plenty of parking and large rooms. Couch is comfortable, and there are plenty of kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishes to use. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and fun!
